Everything was good except I had to go back through the line bc they forgot my bacon double stack an I get home and opened my crispy chicken sandwich with mustard n pickles and it only looks like they put a squirt of mustard on my sandwich like where the mustard at

If you try and get Uber through them I suggest getting your driver to check the order before delivering it. This location doesn’t listen to instructions, put lettuce on cold burgers that shouldn’t have had it with special instructions, didn’t put bacon on one of the burgers and served old potatoes that were so brown on the inside. Save your money!

We had to wait for a really long time to place our order. It was 8pm and we have only 1 person ahead of us. There was no one at the till. The only person was also preparing order so it was delayed. The staff was very friendly. It wasn't very clean, tidy and chairs were not organized.

Food is always cold.French fries always taste like they old and just redip in the oil . They never get your order right. Check your bag before leaving .

I've been here several times and each time has been the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant and I'm surprised codes hasn't shut it down yet. The bathrooms usually smell like marijuana at night. The night sandwich makers disappear when there are orders to be made. The male manager with the long hair treats his coworkers like trash which makes it very uncomfortable to dine in. There's a fight in the kitchen most nights I've came in to eat. Not to mention that most of the staff is ungodly unprofessional. Talking about adult content while children are present. I would absolutely not eat here. At the very least, the cashier with all the piercings was kind and the young man who sings all the time makes the best fries and nuggets. Shows that there is treasure in every pile of trash.

DISGUSTING to me.. and It was cold inside the burger.. called and told them VERY NICely cause accidents do happen and I understand.. lady I spoke to was VERY rude. And said " umm thays funny we just got new grills'. I said I'm sorry it's red I can prove to u it is.. . Didn't fix the problem at all .. very ignorant and wrong!! Never will I go to that place again

I just think it’s funny how y’all forget the condiments chronically and then your Uber driver drops my drink like it doesn’t have feelings. I’m sad and coke-less.

This is one of the most unprofessional restaurants I've every been too so the rumors of this place check out well. The staff were immature, moody, acting like children. You'd expect teens to act like this but no it was mostly adults! At least the cashier was friendly and did his job well, so that's a plus.
