Wendy's - Fast food restaurant in Altamonte Springs - 516 E Altamonte Dr, USA

I been coming here for over 6 years and never once had a problem . To be honest this is MY FAVORITE wendys. Food has always been great the people there some knows me by name and always says hi to me. But today I received my food and drink food was excellent like alway BUT the drink half way tru I see a plastic wrap in my drink so I dump the soda and took I took it back to Wendy to informed them the gentleman says he believe me but at the same time dosent because the cups dosent contain plastic. Now he may be right BUT doesn't change the fact that I did have the plastic in my drink. He offer me another drink . It's unfortunate because my trust in my favorite Wendy is now gone. To customers inspect your purchase. It not like before where you go to a single place and you trust them. I have nothing to gain in lying about this . Like I said this was my favorite place to eat at my lunch hour. God bless. Not looking to get anyone in trouble

Went in to order food and use the restroom. Both restrooms were locked. One lady she had been waiting over 5 min to get one open. After a couple of min of no one at the register and employees came out with the keys went in one of the restrooms and said someone will be with you shortly. You need to order food to use the restroom. 5 employees and not one helped the lady or me with an order. My last trip!!

Worst frosty I have ever had. So loose had to drink it like a drink. Looser than any milk shake I have ever had. Should be real think like soft serve ice cream. It was like eating milk with a spoon. I wish that I had taken back the minute I opened it in the parking lot.

Drive Thru is terrible. They messed up my order, even didn’t complete my order, charged me more than should be and forgot to give me a drink. The drive thru operator I don’t know if that lady was tired or just didn’t pay attention to me. My order included fries and drink, and apparently she charged it separately, even though couldn’t understand why they charged 22$ for 1 asiago chicken club and 2 cheeseburgers

Pulled up to this location at 0630 (posted opening time), sat at ordering mic until 0645. Said hello a few times, no response. Pulled around to see if anyone is inside, witnessed an employee present. Pulled back up to mic, honked horn, employee rudely complained about me honking horn, probably not realizing their mic was still on. 0630 is serving time, not chilling time. Abysmal customer service, only one star absent the option to rate zero. Would not return here if the food was free.

The drive through is so horrible at this place the employees will have you sitting there at the speaker for several minutes without even acknowledging your existence. And then they want to have an attitude when you call and ask if anything is wrong with the drive through mic.

Amazing location super clean super friendly The older lady was such a sweet heart ❤️ this is my new favorite Wendy’s

The store is nice, but dirty. They had not done a deep cleaning in quite some time. The food I ordered was made well and taste good.
