We've been following Betty for years! So I think that in itself says we're pretty impressed! Personally what is most valuable to me is that Betty will meet you where you're at. She believes in you and encourages you. When you feel like you can't she convinces you that you can! Over the years Betty has brought on board a fabulous group of trainers and we've had the pleasure of working with them all. You will not be disappointed!

I have been working out with Coach BA at Wellness Revolution for 8 weeks. Coach BA designs each work out to help me achieve my fitness goals; he challenges me with each session while watching to make sure I don't get hurt by pushing to hard. He also super-sets exercises which keeps the workout interesting. I have also gotten to know Betty and some of the other trainers and clients; It is a very friendly environment; I highly recommend Wellness Revolution and Coach BA.

I love the small size of the facility, and the personal attention of the staff. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. Also, the studio is kept very clean.

I have worked out with Betty for over 3 years now, in large group & small group settings. I feel I got quality attention & instruction in both settings. Betty is a great motivator while working out but also a great instructor in that I take home and continue during the week what I learned during the session. I appreciate how she modifies a set to accommodate my wrist problems but still achieve the desired workout results. I continue to work out with Betty because after meeting my first goals I continue to see improvement in areas I didn’t realize needed improvement but did need improvement. I am over 60yrs old and stronger now than on my 40s.

Personal fitness has never been better! Betty has the expertise to tailor your workout to fit your specific needs….this is not a cookie-cutter approach to training….no matter your fitness level or age. She is experienced , knowledgeable, and passionate about overall fitness, both body and mind. Additionally, she is loyal, trustworthy, dependable and such a joy to be around. I am so blessed to have her as my trainer and as my friend.

Betty is an awesome trainer. She is very welcoming and easy to connect with. She has a nice gym where she invests a lot of time and effort into making her athletes better. She is very good with body recovery as well, is able to help with soft tissue, injuries, and mobility issues.
