Safe apartment, mostly friendly neighbors, overpriced though, and if you work from home this is not the place to live unless you like being regularly harassed and inconvenienced for them to have to do maintenance checks during the week instead of working around your schedule on weekends (Saturday or Friday late afternoon) when you're not working. Sink garbage disposal broke before I moved in, and proceeded to have two more issues after the two power outages, only 2 people on staff are nice, and had dryer go out 4-5 times over the course of living here a year. Couldn't use amenities for the first 3 months because my fob didn't work. Not the worst place to live but not for me . Would also like to note if you're paying 1300 that's 350 less than what I am paying for a 1 bedroom here, so that is a good price.

Wellington Grande Apartments, was my home for 12 months, I did not feel like a Tenant but more like family. The entire staff responded to my every request with Caring, Professional and thorough completion. If you are looking for home away from your home this is your kind of place.

This place is incredibly beautifully! Love the floor plans and all the amenities available! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the entire property and answered all my questions.

Holly is a very very nice and friendly young lady with a wonderful personality . So very helpful and kind. The tour she took my husband and I on was a very pleasant beautiful experience! I lived at the Wellington briefly two years ago with my parents and I absolutely loved it. The apartments are beautiful, its quiet and everyone is very friendly. I recently contacted the Wellington about my rental history and even though I had lived there in two years they treated me like I was one of their residents. Krista is super helpful and is amazing at her job! You will not be disappointed living here!

This is our first time to live in an apartment and we had heard negative things about apartment life so we were a little nervous. The Wellington has been a very pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is friendly, the apartment is beautiful, the grounds are well kept and the staff is superb. We love living here and highly recommend the Wellington!
