Very impressed with their service! My laptop died New Year's Day. They called me within 24 hours of drop off with the news that it was gone, but the hard drive could be saved and offered solutions to the problem. Oh my goodness I am so not technologically correct. I was having a problem getting something to upload on my computer and the staff were the most amazing kind people they were very understanding and very, very helpful. They had it done within a few minutes and explained to me how to do it. Wonderful and amazing staff and a really good experience overall.

I bought an old Eee PC online, mostly for nostalgia. I had one years back that I had given to my daughter, who then gave it to a friend and so on... Kristy answered my emailed questions regarding the product and was very helpful. She even sent additional photos of the laptop as per my requests. Once I placed my order online, she sent me another email confirming shipment and included the tracking number. The laptop was packaged very carefully and even included the power adapter. It was everything I hoped it would be. Very clean and even though it was marked "as-is" I didn't find anything wrong with it beyond the normal wear for a laptop that is 15 years old. I will consider them again for future purchases.
