I spent 3 hours waiting in the lobby because there were issues with the booking. The online vendor (who is one of the top 3…very reputable) tried repeatedly to work it out with the hotel and finally they gave the keys…after THREE HOURS.||The rooms leave so much to be desired. Don’t Waite your time, go up the road.
I booked this hotel due to price and location, for the Taylor Swift concert at SoFi Stadium. As others have mentioned- it was a no frills, safe place to sleep for a night. We arrived after the 3pm check-in, so I was nervous they were going to cancel my room (based on other reviews I saw on here). I apologized for checking in late and we had no problems. There is free parking. It is a family run business, so that was comforting.||After the concert, we had an insane time finding an Uber/Lyft. All the drivers/cars we saw, were asking $100 to drive us 1.5miles, which I thought was insane, since the Uber/Lyft app price was "only" $20, but all drivers were "busy" on the app. I think they were just selecting people who needed to go further away, so they could make their money. We ended up walking back to the hotel, which ended up being ok, since there was a sea of people also walking.||Would definitely stay again, as all other hotels in the area were a million dollars. The other nearby hotels at this price point- none had any good reviews, except this one!
They have bed bugs no cable tv and there walls are dirty
Friendly staff but that's it. The room smelled like urine. I was sort of worried about sleeping on the bed. There was a love seat that needs to be thrown away. Definitely not worth more than $50 a night for what you get. Hotels.com should be ashamed for advertising this hotel at the high rates.
All the rooms apparently were just remodeled. We only payed $68 and got a very clean room with a desk, nice leather couch, beautiful glass coffee table, flat screen tv, working microwave, working fridge, very comfortable king size bed, very clean and new looking bathroom with hair dryer. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo/conditioner, lotion, 3 or 4 different types of soaps, lotion, mouthwash and all the towels you could want. The room felt very spacious. I had gone camping the night before and had enough room to set up my tent to allow to dry. Not to mention this is only 3.1 miles from the airport and is right off the highway (easy access to go anywhere in LA but far enough that no busy highway noise heard). ||I kind of think this motel is a hidden gem at the moment!
STAY AWAY!! The welcome inn is not welcoming whatsoever. Racist owners who refused to give us more then one key card. The room was terrible, a non smoking room that had a very strong cigarette smell and the room had an ash tray. The bottom foot of the shower curtains was red as if there was a dead body in the bathtub at some point. We cut our two day stay to one and owners refused any type of refund even for the smell. Hope this establishment goes out of business.
Located not too far from LAX, which was our purpose for being there. We were 3 adults and we had a clean comfortable room at this hotel. Parking was included and we had a quiet, satisfactory stay. If I had one reservation about this place, it was that I thought it a little pricey for what you got. As I recall, the manager was friendly and helpful.
The room was really nice, updated, and clean. The only downside about it, was that the towels, normally white, were a bit discolored. The bathroom has no air vent to suck out "smells". All in all, it was a good place to stay for a night at a decent price.
