This Reasonably-priced motel is just what you pay for. Very basic, no phone in the room, no bedside lamps or clock radio. The bathroom had a tub, but it only had the ability to take a shower. They do not tell you that they do not give daily cleaning service. Their is no counter space around the bathroom sink to get ready, and I was only supplied with a bedspread for covers on the bed. On the king-size bed, there were two pillows on it. Although I had to return to the office several times to ask for things, they were very nice.

The owner lady is very rude and has no problem Yelling and screaming at you. Also, we booked a night for one night and then l Booked it for the second night until 6 AM. And she made us check out at 11 and come back at 3. Even though we already paid for the reservation and the only way we could stay and not check out is if it was as if we had paid a her. An additional $40 to stay from 11 to 3. Ridiculous

Real terrible place and the staff is strangely involved with some of the tenants such as abuse and Inappropriate things witnessed. Terrible cleanliness, horrid service, people cooking drugs downstairs, manager of the hotel having his hand in several illegal activities

besides the way the man in the office and his wife can yell at people or treat people with no respect .I paid my rent late one time they were fine with that as long as I paid a late fee . I was in my room and I see my door open with out a knock or him letting me know or asking if he can open the door . He walks in and says we’re the rent money..? Wen I told him it was paid already he says okay and walks out . That’s crazy how they can yell at people but something like invading someone’s privacy. Is above and beyond his limits!.. 11 pm and I noticed someone cleaning a room ,that’s when I relized there is more then one house keeper so I personally think it’s only fair for anyone leaving a review to be specific about the date & room # . When giving any details about their stay .good or bad ..

This place is just terrible. Plain & simple. They advertise “non smoking rooms” but, as soon as we opened the door to our room we got the most disturbingly strong smell of smoke! No fridge or microwave even though that’s advertised on their sign of something they’re supposed to have. No Wi-Fi! I’m telling you, just terrible. Then they charge you $20 for the room key as a “deposit” but, when you go return the key & get your $20 back, they try to give you $10! Instead of your full 20$. Insane. Would NOT EVER come back to this place or even REFER to anyone to stay here. “Under New Management” my butt!!! I wish I could leave 0 stars!!!! Also to mention, the shower was FILTHY!! Had to go to the store to get a shower mat & get our own towels! Toilet had some bugs in it as well.

Absolutely I mean absolutely do not ever stay at this place , I live out of motels , it's been a rough year and not easy living out of motels especially when you have a little one , display stops the cake for me out of all the motels days I was short on funds I was waiting for one of my checks to hit so I went to the front ask them to give me sometime I have to go walk to the bank to find out what's going on and I'll be back so they said they were going to charge me $10 more so I had to check I went back up there to ask is it okay if I leave my belongings as I'm walking with my baby in stroller and I will not be able to take everything and they pretty much told me they don't have any storage so I had to remove all my belongings from the room and out from the front door and being when you're walking 1 mi at least an hour so keep in mind I left at 11 got back at about 2:30 with not great news so I asked if I can pay half now which I gave him $40 send I was to pay the other 45 and which I told them to check should clear by tomorrow morning so they went had text me and gave me the key back got back the same room not even an hour and a half later manager comes knocking on my door saying where's the other half I said well for my understanding they said they were okay with me doing half now and I would pay the other half by tomorrow morning it wasn't even two hours later they came knocking on my door asking for the other half so I said well the person up front said it was okay I can figure out tomorrow morning he said no you need to leave are you joking me I go I have no car I have all my stuff here they said it was okay they checked me in now you're telling me I have to leave , I didn't want to argue so I said okay fine I'll go get my $40 I'll pack my stuff and I'll go Jenny tells me he's not giving me the $40 and that they charge $10 he walked away , so mind you I have my one-year-old I go walk back up to the front and legitimately asked him you're really not going to give me back my $40 knowing that I don't have anything else you're telling me I have to leave with my baby and all my belongings but that you're charging me $40 for two hours day but you said it's $10 I said okay ! I said you should be ashamed of yourself and walks away well that's where he messed up they checked me in 40 bucks and I was told I could pay the rest later but they thought they could sit here and try to scan me out of money so guess what I'm staying here for forty bucks I told them go ahead and call the police I'll be here !!

Positive: That it was on beach blvd straight shot from the beach Negative: It was dirty there were clothes in the dresser. Roaches crawling around the room. Bed wasn¿t made. Ended up not staying because it was so dirty. Manager didn¿t give refund either Negative: ""

Not much to say other than it seems like you can get just about anything there. rooms are ok not really a cozy home feeling but their remodeling so I guess have to wait and see how it turns out. Also come 11 o'clock they are knocking on your door and will even open it with a master key looking for rent or to get checked out. Total invasion of privacy.
