Wow this is hands down the very best place to go! Not only is it probably the only locally owned computer repair shop in the area, but it's just an absolute delight to go here. Sarah and Chris are phenomenal and it is such a joy to pop in and say hello! The pricing can't be beat. I had my computer cleaned up when it was running slow, and I needed more space on my hard drive. Chris was so happy to help and Sarah was a radiating ball of kindness when I picked up my laptop (especially because I had 500 questions about computer and tech info and she had the answer to all of them - what an intelligent duo!) If you're leaving anything less than 5 stars for this place you're a dork and a dummy!

Web Tech Services is the best place to get anything PC related done. Had to get my CPU fan cleaned out and then come back to get a minor thing fixed and they did the minor fix free of charge! I am not very PC savvy at all so the customer service was amazing and very knowledgeable! This will be my go-to place if I run into anymore issues or need any upgrades in the future! Thank you so much for getting my PC back up and running! :)

The owner is such an amazing person to talk to. He's incredibly knowledgeable, really kind, and the cost is completely reasonable. As someone who knows a thing or two about technology, I really urge you to come to WTS; I feel comfortable coming here and will probably do most of my future tech shopping here from now on!

My water cooler went out on my PC and they had me back up and running in a day. After running some test, my PC is running 10c cooler then when I bought it. I highly recommend this company.
