I rented the main room and patio of the Weaverville Community Center for my wedding, and I am so pleased with the overall experience. We had a small wedding of about 30 people, but the room could easily accommodate so many more. We had the ceremony out on the patio with the park in the background and it was just beautiful! The space was easy to reserve online, and fit into our budget-conscious wedding very well. There are many great spots for pictures both inside by the fireplace and outside on the patio. Sarah helped talk me and my maid of honor through the whole process of getting in over the weekend, setting up the tables, lights and sound system, and cleaning up afterward. She answered every question we could possibly think of and was so kind throughout. I highly recommend having an event of any kind here, formal or informal. Also due to the unique and beautiful lighting, in the indoor pictures it looks like the guests have halos! It added a bit of magic to a magical and wonderful event.
During the last week of March I visited Weaverville for a few days and several Main Street merchants referred me to Lake Louise and the new Community Center. The building overlooks the lake and has a covered outdoor seating area, perfect for a lunch or picnics. The stone and wood accents add character to the exterior and the inside is bright and was set up with vendors for the farmers market. Vendors were excited to be there and mentioned they'll set up in the parking lot in April.
Our Buncombe County Master Gardeners recently held an award meeting/lunch at the Weaverville Community Center. Its a beautiful new building up on a hill overlooking the lake. Parking was plentiful, the landscaping on the grounds is well done and the interior of the building is spacious and light filled. Its a perfect venue for a large group.
Saw the storytelling evening on Halloween night. It was excellent and there was plenty of parking. The center is beautifully decorated. Nice bathrooms.
The Wednesday afternoon farmers market is worthwhile, and don't miss the little free museum inside, packed with local history and displays of antique furnishings, pottery, musical instruments, photos, exhibits about early medical practitioners, area mills and textile making. And the volunteer guides make you feel totally welcome.
This is a great example of a town investing in the community to host so many great events throughout the year, From yoga to the Dry Ridge Museum, this is a gem for Weaverville residents to enjoy.
I decorated a baby shower here, and it was a beautiful center! Very clean!
Since the community center just opened in September 2021, it is still new and very clean. The all-purpose room was perfect for our book club of 8. There is a charge and deposit for rooms reserved on the weekend, but no charge for use during the week. Our book club will be returning monthly through the winter. Still a very nice venue for our book club during the cold months of 2022-2023. The displays in the lobby are very nice, including the one of nutcrackers in December 2022.

My family and I booked the Inn, the Studios, the Mountain View Cottage, the Upper Peach, the Lower Peach (and would have booked the Georgia Belle if it had been available) in October for a family event and all the properties were exceptional. The loc
What an amazing cozy cabin, perfect for 2 as we stayed in the Evergreen Cabin. It was romantic and the perfect size. Mattress was super comfy. Cabin was clean and Jacuzzi was hot. The fireplace was great.
Very close to Asheville and the Biltmore. We
Beautiful trail. A bit difficult going uphill, but worth it. Watch for yellow jackets within first half mile. Lots of wildflowers, mushrooms, and a mountain view. Dog friendly on leash.
We walked around this park daily during our stay on main street while searching for a permanent residence. It is beautiful, very nice walking paths small streams with bridges, birds, squirrels, trees with the occasional happiness stone find. (which I

This was the best breakfast I've had in years! Waffle was light and fluffy until I coated it with butter and syrup, bacon was perfect, grits, toast and fiesta omelette just worked well together to be tasty, filling, and a party in my mouth. Our waitr
The only place we've been is Publix. That store is fantastic. The employees are very polite and helpful. The only drawback is the food prices r a little high but the meat and produce is very good.
It's always a very clean environment with good food. I usually get the Cobb salad. The only issues are 1) the drive thru line can get pretty backed up, but it's worth it and 2) the chicken breading can sometimes be a bit off.. perhaps it was prefried
