The staff here was extremely friendly and knowlegable. They took my horrible broken phone experience and turned it into a great one. I enjoyed chatting with them in the store. Additionally they were able to get my phone back to me in only a few short hours for a reasonable price. I did some comparisons and they are by far one of the cheapest around town and do QUALITY work. Thanks again to everyone to helped me.

Great job. They repaired two iPhone 6 in less than an hour. We booked an appointment online and received a $10 coupon. Plus you get a 6 month warranty. I would highly recommend these guys.

I took my iPhone 6s to be repaired, it wasn’t charging. David worked on my phone quickly identified there was a dead battery and replaced it. He plugged it in to check the changing unit and it worked. When I took the phone home we were unable to charge it and the battery again died. I took the phone back, they worked on it again and found it was a logic panel issue. Refunded me for the battery. I would bring my phone back again. It’s so nice and refreshing to receive good customer care even if the phone can’t be fixed.

It has gone poorly. I took my iPhone in to repair a broken screen. I took it in on Saturday and after an hour, it was ready to go it worked fine. After a few hours, the home button stopped working, so I took it back on Sunday. After 30 minutes (he told me it would only be a few) he told me he was unable to fix my phone and to bring it back on Monday when Apple's tech support was open and more technicians would be available. They were very nice, but my phone worked before I took it in and now it doesn't and I'm going to have to go in a third time to have something fixed that wasn't initially broken.

Michael was very professional managing the store . He was quick to greet every customer which impressed me: and the tech guy who fixed my phone was wonderful. (No name tag) The service was speedy and I’ll definitely recommend and return if needed.

5/5. Everything went exactly as planned. Technician followed up my scheduled appt to make sure the proper parts had been delivered prior to my arrival. Once there, the work was performed quickly and professionally, and all functions were tested before and after the repair. I'm fully confident the repair was successful and I have a year warranty on the part.

The service was fast and friendly. Dylan was very helpful in advising me what needed to be fixed now and what could wait until later. I definitely will be back (since I know I will drop my phone again lol).
