Greasy AND dry chicken, breading is thin, burnt and slips off from the grease. Almost like it sat out and they threw it back in the fryer. Screw me i guess for paying $10 for chicken. I must be the sucker. Not to mention bacon on my burger was 1.70 to be essentially undercooked gum.

Burger was good, but tomato less than ripe. Fries are good. Staff was attentive, but did not follow intial order request and had to remake the burger.

Came here with two friends, and all 3 of us ordered 3 different burgers, all 3 left completely unsatisfied. The worst burger patty I've ever had. Dry and falling apart in pebble-like pieces. Did not taste like meat. In fact it had no flavor at all. Thought I'd mask it with some ranch, they charged me .75 for house made ranch that also was detestable. Super salty almost tasted like mayo. Fries were way over salty as well and I add salt or soy sauce to everything! Terrible experience, never coming back here. The only thing that tasted okay was the vanilla milkshake.

Food is delicious, restaurant is clean with staff bustling around keeping it that way - staff is also very friendly.

I am writing a new review after receiving PHENOMENAL service by the manager Tiffany and the Cashier Aly who were absolute wonderful when I came in to let them know about my deplorable experience with a nighttime employee a few days ago. Rather than allow losing me as a customer, Tiffany immediately took ownership of something she didn’t even do, and made everything right. This is my normal experience. Fantastic service and politeness with fantastic food.

Well walking in to this place was nice. The quality of the meat was excellent. The people were very nice had the manager come out and talk to us to check and see if everything works good. This restaurant is more old fashioned and they have a great menu and I would like to see how much more they can do. Or to try other things on the menu I'm looking forward to it.

Woman behind counter had to tell the kid to "do his job", twice . A couple that ordered about 10 mins after I did, got there food before me. I had to ask After I got it home it was cold not as I ordered and was tasteless. This is my third bad experience here and will not be returning.

Phenomenal food every time. The building has plenty of parking. The inside of the establishment is usually kept clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is cooked fresh to order and is always delicious; they definitely put care into the food here. If you're looking for a good burger and fixins, definitely put this place on your list.
