First time here and definitely not the last! The ambience of the restaurant was awesome and such a cool vibe. Service was absolutely amazing and food was fantastic! Went with a group of 6 and we got a bunch of different apps on top of entrees. Everything was coursed out perfectly and the desserts were perfect! An awesome evening with not a single complaint definitely one of my new favorite spots!! Loved it

This is the best restaurant in Buffalo. It's a unique eating experience. Go in with an open mind, try something new, and be blown away. Every dish was fantastic. The staff was the most attentive of any restaurant.l I have been to in Buffalo. This felt like a fine dining establishment you'd find in NYC or Toronto. I look forward to seeing this restaurant evolve in the coming years. I could easily see this restaurant winning a James Beard award soon.

This is the place to go for a culinary adventure. A lot of negative reviews here have to do with “this dish wasn’t what I expected.” But that’s exactly the point! It was really interesting and exciting to first see such traditional cooking techniques/terms on the menu- only for each arriving dish’s interpretation of that to be an elevated, often unexpected twist on the staid usage. Also, as some others have noted, there are lots of ingredients in each dish that aren’t on the menu. I agree that this is not something I see often in Buffalo; professionally, I’ve encountered a lot of “want to make sure I get my money’s worth” re menus, but a certain amount of secrecy makes it more fun! Also, practically, it would just be silly to list literally every ingredient in the menu. Not all of the dishes were to my liking, but people obviously have different palates and tastes, so that doesn’t have any reflection on the restaurant. I found many things delicious, but my personal favorites from this menu were their dry-aged beef coulotte and quinoa— and this amazing plum grenobloise (which I was very sad to discover upon getting online later doesn’t exist anywhere except in the head of Chef), and the creme cheese ice cream with earl grey caramel and spiced bread. My partner especially loved the pickled mussels, carrot with venison pasta, and burnt basque cheesecake. I can’t believe it took us so long to get here- of course, we will be back! Also, if you want a quiet, romantic meal, come Wednesday, like we did.

Excellent food & service! Creative menu flawlessly prepared, swanky interior, and staff who are attentive and knowledgeable about the offerings. Go prepared to order lots of things off the menu - you'll be pleased by all of it! A few specialty highlighted cocktails and a decent sized wine list available as well. Great for date night, celebrations, or grabbing some drinks.

A disappointing night for a highly anticipated dining experience. I reserved online, adding that it was for an Wedding Anniversary. They didn't even mention it when we were there. I don't expect drop $200 and leave still feeling hungry. Got two appetizers, an intermezzo to split, two entrees, and a split dessert. The most expensive entree did not even come with a side dish, which was expected; nor were sides offered on the menu. Dinner was delicious, but after everything still felt unsatisfied. The cheesecake tasted like actual cheese, which was weird. Open modern cool setup. The purple velvet couches scattered around the venue look great, work well for cocktails and light fare, but not good for dining. Hard to find signage though. Very good wine and cocktail list.

True 5 stars for all categories, gorgeous place, flawless service and stunning food. Great special treat or date night. I mentioned they are heading for a Michelin Star and wasn't surprised to hear they already were nominated for a James Beard Award. Exceptionally creative menu and cocktails. The chicken fat potato chips with artic char dip was delicious and creative.

The ambiance and decor is beautiful here. So comfy and elegant without stuffiness. The service was excellent..very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was out of this world! A beautiful evening for our anniversary. We didn't feel rushed at all. I give it 10 stars!

My friends and I had drinks here last night and they looked so cute. They tasted great and it is nice that they have a non-alcoholic selection as well! We liked the ambiance! We would definitely come back again:)
