This little park, is a true gem (that is free to use)! There is free 3 hour parking too. It has a small playground, a nice beach area on the shore of Lake Huron, great views of the Mackinaw Bridge, & bathrooms. There are also benches & picnic tables to use too. The beach area is a bit rocky, but there is some sand so you can easily get your toes in the sand. The water gets deep pretty quickly though, so beware if you chose to swim.
Cute little park. Great for seeing the water and bridge. Has access to the shoreline.
Beautiful park! I really enjoyed my visit, and captured some smokey pictures.
Great place to with view and be on the beach. They have a restroom too, Enjothw view of the lake.
This is a great spot for the family. We visit every year and enjoy the waves as the ferry’s pass by. Decent little playground, places to sit and eat, and even bathrooms. The restrooms can get dirty if people are jerks but typically not that bad.
Watch out for the gulls, they will attack your food if you’re not looking.
Great views of the islands, bridge, and surrounding areas.
Have fun!
Beautiful place to visit! Always fun!
Nice little park with a small play area and a beautiful view of the Mackinac Bridge. There are also telescopes that you can use.

Gorgeous views of the Mackinaw bridge! I have pictures of my 7yo here when he was a toddler running through the sand. Now my 19mo old gets to enjoy the same park. There's swimming allowed here, but there's also a sign posted to swim at your own risk.
This place is absolutely beautiful and a great place to see the stars. Unfortunately, the day we went, it was cloudy so we were not able to see anything much. The seating area is very nice by the water, they have green space for people who wish to la
In August, my husband & I took my 2 youngest grandkids on tour in Michigan. We visited Conking Heritage Park. There was a Fur Traders re-enactment festival the 3rd thru they 8th. It was awesome! Its a beautiful little park

What a fun little place! It was so weird in the most WONDERFUL way, honestly! The artists make all of the miniatures and everything is so thoughtful and creative! I love the fact that it was only $5 to get in to see everything. They have a nice selec
The presentation from the different staff members was very informative and engaging. I'm not huge on history but the gentleman that was doing the tour was so passionate and engaging in his presentation it made it interesting and easy to listen to. I
Worth a short drive from I75! Party of two seated quickly. Nice atmosphere. Fast and friendly service. Deep menu with lots of comfort food. In addition to the whitefish, we recommend hot turkey sandwich and pot roast sandwiches.
Amazing food for a bar, much exceeded my expectations. Some the best onion rings I have ever eaten. Light crispy not greasy. Italian sub was great with fried ham inside, nice touch. Definitely worth making a trip for.
We came here in September 2023. We were choosing between this and another called the Rusty Spoke or something. Chose this for the Belgian beer. So glad we did.
The beer was good, but the atmosphere and the food were amazing. We went in the evening.
Nice shopping area. The center has a stage area where some bands play with benches around to watch. If you're planning to go to mackinac island, some of the souvenirs here are cheaper than at the island itself. Ive compared and some are exactly the s
We always find a fresh fish spot when we visit Mackinaw & the U.P. This place has fresh caught whitefish daily! The owner was the person who greeted us, took our order, served us, and chatted with us extensively while we were there. My fiance & I sha
This motel was a very happy choice. The owners and cleaning staff were very caring that their guests have a good experience, the rooms were clean, had what we needed, and were a good value. Also, the location and view were excellent; sometimes we wal
The room was clean. The room was quiet and it was nice the window opened to get a little fresh air. Close to shops and ferries!
Would stay there again! Great overnight. Stop to rest up and catch an early morning ferry!
The staff was friendly.

This is a great winery! Service was excellent, and for $16.95, you can have a tasting and take home a glass. Mice selection of dry, sweet, and dessert wines. We enjoy everything and the experience. There are plenty of bottles to buy as well.
