If you are looking for a quaint, clean and quiet beach apartment in the Hollywood area, then THIS is the place. Vickie was extremely attentive to our needs. The beach was beautiful and away from the crowds in a tucked away neighborhood. There were great restaurants close by. The pool was refreshing. The apartment was perfect.

Our unit was perfect. Came with full kitchen and had everything we needed. Vickie was an amazing host and easy to communicate with. Pool was clean and water was perfect temperature. Beach was private and close by-short walk down the street. Free use of bikes and laundry room. We will definately go back. On a side note...I left an earing behind and contacted Vickie from the airport- she responded immediately and will be sending it to me in Canada. My wife and I were extremely happy with our stay. Our unit was equipped with a full kitchen. The unit was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the private beach which was a short walk down the street, the pool was clean and convenient. The site offered free bikes which were useful to get around and enjoy the Hollywood Beach strip. Free wifi and laundry room were also available. Vicky was an amazing host and we will definitely return. Thank you Vicky for a great stay.

This place reallyyyy nice. Cute, costal chic apartment on the beach. And yes, the bed is soooo cozy. We loved loved cooking on the grill, got to flex my skills 💪🏽😎 and we even rode the bikes!! Then the pool felt sooooooo refreshing after we went Kayaking and the other guest were good people, we definitely made friends. It was all love!!! Thank you... God bless you awesome owners. Hope to visit again and again!!!

Vickie was wonderful with communications and the place was not only as described but even a better value. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, and even sunblock. The little things matter! The place was super clean and a one minute walk to a gorgeous safe beach. Will be glad to stay here again if the opportunity comes my way!

Cute little room with beautiful pool space outside. I was alone and I felt secure and safe at the hotel and around this area. You need to take the bus to go explore the town but it's 100% worth it. The room was clean and everything i needed for the beach was there. Vickie was amazing for the communication.

First off, the location is ideal. Want to go to eat? Tiki is right down the street, you can walk! The beach? Another short walk! Free parking. Ten minutes from the Airport. That right there is great in this area. In the Premium studio suite I stayed in, you get a large TV (I never watched, but it’s there) and I kitchen.In the bathroom you have good hot water, solid pressure, and room to turn around. The room was further equipped with beach chairs and many towels. A couple of coffee pods were kindly provided as well as basic toiletries. The beds were comfy, both standing and pull out from the sectional. The A/C was quite and worked perfectly. Vickie the manager is great! So helpful! A few pointers: 1. About half the rooms are up a shallow flight of stairs. Not a big deal and common in FL, but just a “good to know”. 2. It’s an older hotel. I loved the vintage charm (with modern furniture). Don’t come expecting the Hilton, that’s another, higher priced experience and in some ways in my opinion less fun. 3. GPS gets a little challenged by the location. If you do food delivery or Uber/Lyft make sure to tell them they may get lead to Walnut Street instead of Desoto, a block over. Enjoy!

Well this place is very close to the beach but it really needs some updating.. you’ll see things broken from the second you walk in the property.. it’s been neglected for a long time. I’ll let you judge from the pictures..||Check in process was a joke.. was supposed to receive an email with room code but only after I email the property manager and paid the cleaning fee was I sent the room code, which by the way didn’t work on our 3 rd day there.. lucky the cleaning person was there and after about 15 minutes was able to reprogram the lock.||The walls really are paper thin..you could hear complete conversations from the room next door.. don’t expect to get a good nights sleep if you have people in the room next to you that stay up late.||Trash was overflowing from the trash containers at the entrance from the day we checked in and was still overflowing on the day we left.. this was even after I sent a picture to the property manager and was told it would be cleaned up..this was especially annoying since you had to empty your own trash. No place to put it.||WiFi and TV we’re also horrible.. got the cirvke of doom while watching Tv and the wifi for our phone would only work if we went outside our room.. go figure…||Can’t plug the coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator in at the same time.. only 2 at a time.||I’m not one that usually writes reviews but don’t want people to have high expectations of the property from looking at the pictures online.||This was supposed to be a nice 4 day long weekend but very disappointing.
