Absolutely excellent center! I have had a few procedures done here and will happily return! Very clean facility, staff is incredibly friendly and professional—they work so well together and always upbeat and helpful with each other!
Everyone at the Waverly Surgical Center was wonderful! Thank you especially Dr Tu Nguyen who is orchestrating my work up & my Anesthesiologist Dr Nguyen who even found me a pillow to make me most comfortable! There seemed to have been many cosmetic upgrades to the Waverly Center from the last time I had used the facility which was abt a year ago. The staff is always professional, helpful and kind. And, Dr Nguyen is the best. I’m very glad that Dr Kenny has directed me to use the facility as well as introducing me and my husband to Dr Nguyen.
This is my second time of having my procedure done at this center. I love the staff who are friendly, warm and thorough. The facility is old but clean. I gave 4 starts instead of 5 due to a very painful experience with Propofol injection. I’ve never felt that kind of pain when I received the same medication intravenously a few times in the past. Also, I was freezing for several hours post op.
Nursing staff is not only knowledgeable, they are also kind…and fun! I too, am an ER, ICU and PACU nurse. Theres a great big deal of different between professionalism vs professionalism while treating patients like family. That is our general mantra in Hawaii hospitals.
Dr Verma is an excellent doctor. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to diagnose my problem and recommend the right treatment. The staff at wavelry were kind and courteous.
