Well, not only do they list items for sale without having stock, they took my money and stopped answering the phone until i tagged them in a facebook post? That got me a call within 3 minutes, amazing how that works! The person on the other end of the line said 'oh that part's backordered, you shouldn't even have been charged yet' when it was listed in stock and the funds cleared my account *that day*, with the absolutely exorbitant shipping fees already paid. Said 'oh, the emails bounced back' and didn't have a response when i asked 'well what about the phone number i provided' Been in the game long enough to know they had it, and shipped it to someone else that had a bigger order. They should, and you can, do better for a supplier in the wisp industry.
