Beautiful Place. Excellent location. The end room to the South, bottom floor is the very best location on premises. Careful where you park. If you park in the street you will get towed. There are rapids at the property. Perfect for taking a camping chair and posting up in the water and relaxing. There are so many small little whirlpools in that area. It’s fascinating.

This place is nice not going to lie. The location is awesome. Few things we didn't like, no one told us about parking passes so we learn that the hard way when are vehicle was towed o well... the guess restroom toilet work so slow it took forever to fill up with water again just to use the r.r. the sink had a clog in it also couldn't have the water on for so long or ital fill up.. The nice kitchen table was actually cheap as hell and broken before we got there definitely took pics of that and for the very best ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! We just couldn't stop killing them.. I wouldn't come back here to this place definitely not worth the price....

First of all I’d like to say that this place is a second home for me and I love coming up here at least once a month. I’m an owner of E203 and my husband and I absolutely adore our condo here. However, I’m sad to say there is something very corrupt with our security/towing company. I have an owners sticker on the INSIDE of my vehicle for the 2024 year and it was illegally removed last night and it is nowhere to be found in the car (if it “fell” off). For the past six months we have come to our condo using the same vehicle with our owners sticker on our windshield and have had ZERO issues. Last night someone from our PAID security team or our PAID towing company, illegally entered our vehicle, scrapped off our owners tag on our windshield and then towed our vehicle! Of course we had to pay to get our vehicle back. I’d also like to say that the previous night we (four people) personally watched a security guard hold a flashlight to our vehicle to check for our inside owners sticker. IT WAS THERE. Our vehicle was there the next morning. Last night our sticker was removed and our vehicle was towed. Moral of the story, please take pictures of your vehicle and your owners/renters stickers or tags because whether you have it or not they will remove your vehicle from the premise and not blink an eye.

As patrons of Water Wheel for several years, we have so enjoyed our stay at your condos. Beautiful location and nice, clean, well maintained facility. Being that there are 6 of us coming from various locations to get together and having a relaxing wknd, of course we each come separately, as always and had 2 parking passes and the other 4 have parked in spaces or on the street, if available. Well, this year 4 out of 6 of us were towed when there were so many spaces still open. I let New Braunfels Escapes, who booked the condo for us, know that this was so unfair to ALL paying customers, I was told to never come back and it was my fault 4 of us were towed. The only sign that was posted near the alley for Emergency vehicles, but it is faded, unable to be read! There are NO towing signs anywhere!! I was also told I was the first to ever have a complaint about the parking, which as you see, by the reviews, that is not true!

Awesome place walking distance to all main tubing outfitters and Schlitterbahn! Great pools, hot tubs, and private access to the Guadalupe River!

This location is extremely clean, convenient to everything and very peaceful. We felt safe and loved it! We have gone back to Waterwheel now for 3 or more years.

We had a fantastic time at Waterwheel Escape, F102. First floor corner!! We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the enormous wide open yard. Everything is so nice and green. It was nice to sit on the balcony and drink our coffee while watching the kids throw the frissbe. It couldn’t have been any cleaner. We look forward to coming back this summer.

We stayed at Waterwheel Escape unit F102 hosted by Brothertime Hideaways. Everything was easy breezy! It was nice and clean, organized, full size toiletries, starter supplies provided like coffee essentials, TP, dish pods, laundry pods. Everything g we needed to get going. We always pack that kind of stuff anyways.Zero complaints! The complex has 4 hot tubs and 2 pools! The pool closest to the river is heated this time of year! Bonus! It is SO nice and lush and green! We will be back this summer. You can easily walk to schliterbahn, just a few blocks away. And some nearby spots to grub down! Pats place, Union Street Dinner, Tin Top Burgers, Rheas Ice Cream, oh yes! We are at them all! We really loved the nostalgic feel they all had. It was like a step back in time, when things were slower paced. And tin top has a fenced in play area for kiddos!
