WaterWalk Phoenix North Happy Valley - Extended stay hotel in Phoenix - 1905 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, USA

By far one of the best extended stays I've ever been in. The studio is exceptional and while I look for an apartment, they have unfurnished rooms as well, and while they are expensive, it's very modern, new and well done. For what they charge, they should offer more services like breakfast or dinner, sandwiches or something but for an extended stay it is one of, if not the best. The guys at the front desk are very knowledgeable and professional and go beyond in making you feel right at home. I'm here until I can find an apartment but they make it hard to leave.

The only reason I gave the hotel a 1 is because I walked into my room from work and the housekeeper had thrown everything I own in the dumpster. I felt as though management could care less as it took them awhile to get back with me and this was almost a month ago and still nothing other than making me feel like I need to prove what I owned to be compensated for it when they admitted it was not their policy or protocol. Other than than, the staff, management are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. I feel bad having to leave this review but I'm still angry.

Weird. The amenities and building are new and well designed. Checkin and check out staff are kind. And then cons: 1. No hair dryer in the room. The front desk told me they are back order and she couldn’t find me anyone. She claimed there was no hair dryer in the whole hotel, not sure whether it’s true. I’ve been in airbnb and motel, but not one single room without hair dryer. 2. Shower gel was empty. 3. The detergents mentioned in other comments were not there. 4. You hear all the noise from the street.

I travel often and stay in a lot of hotels..particularly in Phoenix. I was, hands down….completely impressed with this property. The accommodations were beyond what any other property offers at this price. The rooms are top of the line in technology in every way imaginable. There’s a washer and dryer along with complimentary detergent and softener IN THE ROOM. The kitchenette includes any cooking utensils you need and I mean everything. The beds are amazing and the house keeping staff doesn’t bother you at all. And check out is 12noon not 11am. Meaning they expect you may want to sleep in a little. Down in the lobby they have coffee, hot chocolate and even toppings for your beverage including marshmallows, chocolate syrup and even carmel plus whipped cream. For puppy owners they have doggy treats as well. Everything was clean, well stocked, and the staff was quick and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend staying at WaterWalk.

Airy, spacious, modern and comfortable. We were very happy with the quick and easy check -in, the ease of parking and the close proximity to shops. Had we more time, I’m sure we would have enjoyed the lobby/library/cafe as well as the pool and outdoor seating. That will have to wait until our return trip. For this time, we happily enjoyed our dinner in the room on the comfortable sofa while watching YouTube videos about our next destination. Loved the new ‘happy sponge’ provided for dish washing as well as the honey hand soap in the bathroom. All in all, a lovely spot to call home for the night.

The day before we were supposed to arrive on the reservation we had for more than a month I was sent an email advising they could not accommodate our stay. Just left us stranded, scrambling for a Comparable hotel, without success. I called the hotel to See what could be done, and they were unapologetic and dismissive. I would not trust this Venue. It’s important to you stay in the area..

Very nice clean hotel! We stayed in the suite with a balcony. All the rooms have a kitchenette and everything you would need to prepare a meal. The pool and barbecue area was beautiful. The location is great, thee is a shopping/dining center called Noterra close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay here. The rooms are WELL equipped with many dishes and accessories. All quality items in room, from the cabinets to the appliances you can feel the quality in them all. The room we stayed in was enough room for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs. Not a ton of space but the space you get is layed out in a way you can make the most of all nooks. Our 1 complaint is we could not extend our stay as they were booked up.
