I LOVE Waterside Apartments. It has been such a great experience from the beginning. The office staff is the absolute best and they always make me feel so welcome. My neighbors have all been great. The location is perfect and the property is always well maintained. I have not had any issues with anything in the apartment. Waterside is top notch!

One of the main concerns I had during my stay was the pest infestation, particularly ants, spiders, and rodents. Despite my efforts to maintain a clean living space, these pests seemed to be a persistent problem. I reached out to you on multiple occasions to address this issue, but it was not effectively resolved. This not only posed a significant inconvenience but also made the living conditions uncomfortable. As a tenant, I believe that it is essential to have a safe and hygienic living environment. I had expected that pest control measures would be promptly and thoroughly implemented to maintain the quality of the property. However, this was not the case, and it negatively affected my overall experience as a tenant. I understand that maintenance issues can arise in any property, but I believe that effective pest control and property maintenance are fundamental responsibilities of a landlord. I would like to kindly suggest that you consider implementing more comprehensive measures to address pest infestations for the benefit of your current and future tenants. I hope that this feedback will be helpful in improving the quality of your property management. It's my intention to provide constructive criticism and not merely complain about the issues I encountered. During my stay at Waterside Apartments, I experienced multiple incidents that rendered my living conditions unmanageable due to the behavior of the management and staff. This has resulted in an overall intolerable experience, where I consistently felt disrespected and mistreated. Despite my numerous attempts to address these concerns and find a mutually agreeable solution, it has become evident that our tenant-landlord relationship is irreparably damaged. Consequently, I had no choice but to relocate due to the severe impact on my well-being and peace of mind. I am also dismayed that my efforts to retrieve my security deposit, as stipulated by our lease agreement, have been unproductive. Waterside Apartments has a legal obligation to promptly refund the security deposit upon a tenant's departure, yet I have not received any communication or reimbursement on this matter as of the time of this review. I kindly request that Waterside Apartments promptly and fully return my security deposit, which rightfully belongs to me. Failure to do so may leave me with no option but to pursue legal action to protect my rights as a tenant. I sincerely hope that we can resolve this situation amicably without further escalation. Please return my security deposit, as it rightfully belongs to me. Thank you for your immediate attention to this issue.

I am very pleased with Waterside apartments in Graham, NC. From first contact with the waterside staff to the move in (and beyond,) has been nothing short of AMAZING! The office has treated my family and I as if we are VIP. Waterside even had the answers for everything that we needed (furniture rentals, washer/dryer rental, great Mexican food recommendation, and even an amazing church recommendation!) The customer service and the welcoming atmosphere at Waterside is top notch!! I had a few minor maintenance requests upon move in and Waterside made me feel like I was again, a VIP. Maintenance came ASAP and got us taken care of before we even moved in. I forgot to mention something in my first maintenance request, so I sent in another one, and Waterside again had us all taken care of ASAP. The grounds at Waterside are ALWAYS clean. The landscaping is always nicely done as well. The pool is always clean (as well as the bathroom at the pool) and is so nice to look out to at any given time from our apartment windows or patio. I LOVE that even though we are living in an apartment with several neighbors surrounding us, the noise is very very very minimal. I am impressed to say the least! Even with living right next to the park, pool, and gym, the noise is very minimal. I enjoy that I always have a good parking spot. Most of the time I am able to back into a spot right in front of the breezeway that I use. I love that the community has a safe feel with the apartments being tucked away a bit and surrounded by other nice apartments as well as the gated community. The valet trash is pretty neat too! I have never had that before and it sure is convenient! Most of the time the kids enjoy taking a walk to the trash compactor and throwing it away, but when we do use the valet trash service, it sure is nice. Thank you everyone at Waterside for taking care of us. My daughters LOVED the flower pot painting event y'all had in the office. Looking forward to the pool party! Thank you for making my girls feel special as well. (Every time my daughters have visited the office, the staff knows who they are and where they belong.) WE LOVE WATERSIDE AND ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR CHOICE OF CALLING WATERSIDE OUR NEW TEMPORARY HOME. Waterside, you have made this experience excellent for us and we are so thankful and blessed. It was evident that certain tenants received preferential treatment while others, including myself, were subjected to unfairness. This created a hostile and unequal living environment. 2. Lack of Transparency: Management failed to provide clear explanations for their decisions, leaving tenants feeling powerless and marginalized. It was frustrating to witness such a lack of transparency. 3. Disregard for Tenant Concerns: When it came to addressing concerns, it was apparent that Waterside Apartments neglected the voices of certain individuals. My requests and grievances often fell on deaf ears, reinforcing the perception of bias. 4. Unequal Policies: The enforcement of apartment policies appeared inconsistent, with some tenants seemingly exempt from rules that others were expected to adhere to. This created an atmosphere of frustration and resentment. In conclusion, the unfair treatment I experienced at Waterside Apartments was not only disheartening but also completely unacceptable. Discriminatory practices, a lack of transparency, and the disregard for tenant concerns made my time there a deeply negative experience. It is essential that they address these issues to ensure fair and equitable living conditions for all tenants.

I have to give 5 stars. Have not lived in the community very long, and to be honest wasn’t looking forward to it because apartment living is a new experience for me. When I say my daughter couldn’t have helped me to find a more perfect fit for me I say that with a thankful heart. The neighbors that I have are wonderful and I look forward to meeting more people in the community. The office ladies Katrina and Lauren are the best. They have been so on top of stuff and have shown such compassion when I’ve needed help with things. And they are so wonderful in setting up some community activities such as a painting class and have had a food truck onsite. Those two ladies have been a blessing to me and I so appreciate all they do for this community. Also I’d like to give a shout out to the maintenance crew here in our community. They have fixed issues so fast and even done helped with some minor things I’m sure that isn’t part of their job onsite here but helped anyway. A huge thank you to all staff here that make our day by what they do for us all. Hope all receive many blessings. The painting below was one done at our painting class. So enjoyed that day and met some wonderful folks. The snacks and hot chocolate were a great bonus.

Moved here about 3 months ago and we love it. The move in process was hassle free and quick. Very quiet, safe, pet friendly and the ladies in the office are amazing. The property is kept immaculate and although I've never had any maintenance issues I have spoken to the maintenance staff in passing and they are always helpful. We love being able to use the grills poolside and neighbors are always courteous.We got to meet some at a pool party thrown for the residents by Waterside. We are more than pleased with our stay here and the pleasantness and helpfulness we got over the phone and when we first walked into the leasing office remained after signing our lease.

I love love love living here! The apartment is spacious with all the high end finishes. I love the hardwood floors. I have been living here for a short period of time but I knew that it was the perfect place to be. Minutes from Greensboro and Durham, so close to the highway for convenience. Shana (leasing consultant) is AMAZING! She was so helpful and courteous to me. I had tons of questions, calls and emails and she never hesitated to be of assistance. I am loving Waterside! If you lived here you would too!
