The pools were fantastic even on crowded days. The beach is very easy to access and there are 3 showers to use upon return to rinse sand off. My only complaints are trying to find luggage dollies and the front desk was of no help and the room could've been a bit cleaner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall! Will likely visit again

We paid a lot to stay here with our family with what we thought would be a nice place…. Blood stains on the pull out couch. So we elected to get the linens from the armoire. Also had stains(see pictures). Our pantry area had a broken door and was taped together(see pictures) the front door didn’t shut/latch properly so without lifting the door it wouldn’t lock. Finally, we show up to our room with people in there with our belongings without first contacting us. I would pick a different place. I’m not sure it’s worth the money. To end this off, I’ll probably get some “automated” type response that means absolutely nothing like all the other responses on here. After reading other reviews with the SAME issues you would think they would correct it.room B406 to reference pictures

Great resort with lots to do! Very clean! This is a great place for families, very kid friendly. The hotel is designed where you dont have to walk far to be at the pools or the beach. We will definitely be back.

Our 3 bedroom condo was very nice. Clean and accommodating. Had everything we needed. The only complaint was that one of the bedrooms was warmer than the rest of the condo. Has to use à fan. Nice view of Gulf from balcony and the large two-level pool area and generous sized lazy river. Need more tubes for floating, however. Would go back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Waterscape! All 4 of our kids loved the many swimming options. The beach access is wonderful. Everything you need is right here or very close. One warning, get a room with a higher number or you will have a LONG WALK 😁 We were in A203 which was almost at the end of the row and it's like 500 yards from the parking garage.

Perfect vacation. Room and view was amazing. Be careful on weekdays at the pool, as they have pool staff that will actually put a timer on the amount of time you’re not at your beach chair. I got up early with my son to put our towels on a beach chair, and came back about 25 minutes later and they were gone. The staff girl said that anything left unattended for more than 15 minutes would be removed. I then wondered, and asked her how she can keep track of everybody throughout the day, and then she threatened to call security on me. I’d move on to another resort if I were you.

Perfect location. Amazing pool and beach access. Easy parking. Finding the rooms is a bit challenging the first time. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location for a family trip. The pool area was a huge hit with our kids and the umbrella/chair setup at the beach was super convenient. Condo was well maintained and had plenty of room for our group of 5 people.
