A Hidden Gem by Lake George! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Water edge lodge during my trip to Lake George, and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. Andru was very accommodating! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking lake view from our room. Waking up to the serene sight of the sun rising over the water was a magical experience. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. The cozy decor added a charming touch that made it feel like a home away from home. The motel’s location is perfect—just a short drive to the heart of Lake George, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We loved spending our evenings on the outdoor patio, sipping coffee and soaking in the stunning views. There’s also a lovely beach area nearby where we enjoyed swimming and sunbathing. Another plus was the affordability! Given the prime location and excellent service, the rates were surprisingly reasonable. Overall, Water edge lodge exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful views and friendly service, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!

Had a wonderful time in the Diamond Point Lake House over Labor Day Weekend. Mike and Andrue were very accommodating and communication was timely and succinct. The house was clean spacious and very quiet. Location was perfect as it was only a 6 minute drive into Lake George Village and another 6-10 minute drive north to Bolton Landing and some more water activities. Thank you for a memorable and peaceful weekend!

We needed a place to stay for the night at the last minute due to weather conditions on our trip to another location. We found Waters Edge on Google maps and called them to explain our situation. They got us two rooms for the night and went above and beyond to accommodate our specific needs. The owners were incredibly helpful and hospitable. The property is newly updated and the backdrop from sandy beach is like a scene from a postcard. I highly recommend staying here.

Waters Edge is clean, really friendly and quiet. They made you feel like you were special by offering to help, checking in to see how you are doing. This is a simple, quaint spot, by no means luxurious, but really, really relaxing. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat. It's clear the Carusos take enormous pride in their work. I really appreciated the meticulous landscaping, which made an older motel feel new and really comfortable.

Place is nice and chill. Private beach is small but nice. The view is amazing of the mountains and the lake. The owner really took care of us as it rained almost very day we were there. Paddle boarding is a nice little treat also offered there. My favorite thing is the picnic table right outside the room.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay during our recent trip to Lake George. Despite visiting the area many times, this was our first stay at this hotel, and it exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to everything we wanted to do. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, which is always a top priority for us. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the warm hospitality of the owners. They were friendly, accommodating, and truly made us feel at home. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Lake George. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip memorable and comfortable. We had a great time staying here. It's a short drive from downtown Lake George with a nice log cabin vibe and friendly staff. We enjoyed the fire pits in the evenings and hung out on the chairs near the lake shore. One of the staff helped us start a fire since we didn't have any starters.

Family spent 4 days at Lake George. We rented to he Lake House and another room to accommodate everyone. The Lake House was awesome. So cozy. We had a couple of cook outs using the grills on site and enjoyed a firepit just talking and playing some board games. The beach access was super convenient and the water was so nice. Service and hospitality was top notch. Would highly recommend!
