Found Water Mark on a last minute girls day for brunch and from the moment we walked in, we were so impressed! Bright, clean, friendly and then the food!! Everything was delicious! And the mimosa - a full glass of champagne with a squeeze of OJ. Precisely how it should be! Such a great find! We will definitely be back!!

Had an excellent time at the watermark. It was ladies night Thursday, so 3 course meal for a set price is an option but full menu available. Got a bottle of wine for the table and that was also part of the ladies night option. Service was great, sat quickly and hostess was tentative. Food came out in great timing and was hot and delicious. They also had LIVE music which was a huge bonus love to see that. Parking is limited but street parking is available. Reservations being accepted is a great bonus because was crowded when we arrived!

We just hosted my sister's baby shower at the Watermark of Wading River this past weekend and it was truly exceptional. From our initial meeting with owner Nick, we were impressed by his professionalism, service, and flexibility. Nick dedicated time to discuss menu options, even accommodating custom choices beyond the original offerings. Leading up to the event, he meticulously guided us through every detail, ensuring a seamless day, including table setups and floor plan layout. He was always quick to answer any questions that we had and was so unbelievably nice. On the day of the party, we appreciated the opportunity to decorate early. Nick allowed us to bring in any decorations that we wanted and had all the tables nicely set up before our arrival. Nick and his servers were incredibly helpful, assisting with decorations and presents, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The friendly and sweet demeanor of everyone added to the positive experience. Guests were promptly greeted with drinks upon arrival, and the food was absolutely delicious, receiving rave reviews from everyone at the party. The flawless coordination during the event, from service to the simultaneous serving of main entrees, left us thoroughly impressed. Nick and his team were constantly checking in on us to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if we needed anything at all. Nick's presence and assistance on the day of the party were noteworthy, from setting up, tending to the bar, and helping wherever was needed. The servers, with their constant smiles, were attentive and helpful throughout the day, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The stress-free and perfect day was a result of the outstanding food and quality of service. We wholeheartedly recommend the Watermark of Wading River; their flawless process from start to finish made it an ideal venue for the party. We couldnt have asked for a better day!!! Amazing new addition to WR! Replaced Michael Anthony's. Great vibes, friendly staff and delicious, fresh foods. The omelette was good. The Left End sandwich was delicious as well. The cappuccino was a real nice ending. We will be back for dinner and drinks soon for sure. Tell 'em Barsnobs sent ya!

We had lunch which was very good. I had a short rib quesadilla with sweet potato fries and I believe my wife had avocado toast. We also had appetizers and coffee, although I can’t remember the specifics of that portion of the meal. The atmosphere was pleasant and so was the server. It was somewhat quiet, which I like, as we barely beat the lunch crowd. Prices were reasonable and I would recommend eating here.

Food isn’t great, it’s OK. Service has been consistently lacking the 4 times we’ve been there for dinner. The exception was the one time for brunch, everything was great. I hope they can make some staff tweaks to improve the diner’s experience. No local wine or beer is a big turn off!

This is my favorite restaurant by far. We go fairly frequently and always receive great food and great service. I even had my rehearsal dinner here and it was fabulous, all of the guests raved about the atmosphere, the food and the amazing staff. This is a must try restaurant!

This place from top to bottom between drinks and food and the service always delivers. Brunch is always quick and delicious and the lunch special is always a great deal as well highly highly recommended!
