My husband and I moved to this complex about 5 months ago. This place is amazing. The staff do whatever in their power to make you happy and welcomed. The pool is always clean and grass mowed. Beautiful dog park and amazing location. There is a creek near by for walking. We had free events too. The lobby is magical, smell super clean and nice with a pool table and nice coffee machine. We love our apartment as well. They will fix your issues asap. Absolutely a great place.

Great place! Lots of amenities, and apartments are very well kept. Location is so close to everything! Friendly and very responsive management and maintenance team. We have attented lots of fun community-building events, and have met many nice people. We have been living here for almost a year now, and have just renewed our lease for one more year. We feel very happy to have chosen this place, and would recommend it to anybody!

I have lived here for over a year and absolutely love it. I love everyone in the office. They are all so welcoming and polite. I can’t recommend this apartment complex enough. Thank you to everyone at watermark for making this community what it is.

I pretty much never write reviews, which is kind of shameful given how much I depend on them to help with decision making. Choosing to move into Watermark was no exception; the reviews heavily influenced my family’s decision to live here. So it seems only right to share our experience as well. After living here for a month, I can say without a doubt that we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Kaylee in the office is knowledgeable and patient, answering many questions for us during the leasing process and beyond. Collin and Brendan on the maintenance team are extremely helpful and super efficient. Every neighbor we’ve met has been friendly and welcoming. To top it all off, we feel really safe here. If I have to be critical of something, it would be to say that the walls and floors could have been better insulated for noise dampening during construction. But they weren’t and it’s really not that bad. Outside of the occasional barking dog (my own included), the community itself is a quiet one. Thank you to the entire Watermark crew for providing such a great place to live! You truly care about your residents and it shows!

The apartments are nice but you can see where they cut costs. The cupboard doors are thin and the flooring looks cheap. The picnic area trash is used for used dog poop bags even though the dog poop drop is only 10 feet away - and the trash bin contents baked in the sun for 3 weeks without being emptied even once. Not acceptable. The stench and flies were too much. ESPECIALLY for a picnic area, where people should NOT be allowed to drop off dog feces.

When we toured, we knew straight away that we loved it here. Dan helped us with all of our leasing and he was awesome to work with!! He answered all of our questions and was always very communicative throughout our entire process. We are so excited to be a part of the community and thank you Dan for all your help!

Issues thus far: -Cheap flooring that was poorly installed with permanent stains. -Cheap cabinetry that looks nice, but falls apart easily. -Noise from the upstairs & downstairs neighbors is really disruptive. (Thin walls & flooring.) -Lots of aggressive dogs with delinquent owners. -Dog poo littered all over the grounds. It's an obstacle course of poo dodging. -Constant smoking in a "non-smoking" community. -Office staff does "just enough" to not get in trouble with corporate. Don't expect any actual help, & if you actually do get help...there will be a cost attached! Avoid working with Heather if you can. She is absolutely dreadful. Simply put, they are lazy, uncaring, lack any empathy or effectiveness. Tenant happiness is the last thing on their minds. -Maintenance staff is the only redeeming quality. They are great and all deserve a raise. -Old & broken weight room machines. -The trash and recycling program is an absolute nightmare!! We aren't even allowed to take out our own recycling. There's a dumpster for it, but it's locked. So, if we need to recycle anything, we have to drive it to the dump where we are charged an additional fee. Ridiculous! -Don't buy 2-ply toilet paper while living here. Plumbing in the kitchen and bathrooms is slow and constantly backing up. -The snow plows will most likely hit/destroy your car, at some point in the winter, no matter where you park. -Sidewalks are like an ice-skating rink in the winter as well. So scary walking around. -Convenient location besides the fact that the new giant Costco is now our neighbor. That's going to bring on all new issues once it opens. -Lastly, watch where you walk any time of day. Residents drive like maniacs around corners and throughout the lot at crazy speeds. -Potential renters beware...residents are offered incentives for posting positive reviews

Great community, over-the-top amenities, and a solid location in Longmont. I will say this; the maintenance team is a bright spot for this complex. Ahmed, Colin, and Brendan are all friendly, knowledgable, and responsive to requests made through the resident portal. My fiancé and I were on the first floor and could hear everything happening above us, which was a little disruptive at times, but not much could be done about it. Overall, one of the better 'luxury' apartments in the area. Realistically I would give Watermark a 4.4!
