We enjoyed our time in the Waterford at Peoria apartments. We especially want to thank the maintenance team for always promptly tending to our needs the same day. Edith the office manager was friendly and helpful. Location is great and close to a variety of food spots. Only downside is the rent going up but that’s everywhere. Thank you, Waterford for being our first home!

Oh please 🙄 don’t waste your time to stay this place. Lots of cockroaches 🪳 filthy floor outside trash outside is dirty. They never clean. Don’t waste your time to call the office because they will not answer your call. Don’t stay in the first floor. I had horrible staying this place. Bug and cockroach everywhere. My son got trauma about bugs. We put a lot of killing bugs but it won’t disappear and we found out the bugs crawling from the ceiling fan from the second floor.I am very clean classy and clean person but I got trauma about bugs and 🪳 I hate bugs. I feel good and relax when I leave this place. It’s very traumatizing every time we sleep, we saw cockroaches crawling every where. I wish I can give 0 star.

During my recent visit to a property, I had the pleasure of meeting Cody, who provided excellent customer service and a fantastic experience. With a warm smile, Cody shared his knowledge of the property and its units, which proved to be highly beneficial. His interaction has convinced me to seriously consider leasing a home at this property.

I recently toured the property and had the pleasure of meeting with Cody. Not only was it a beautiful property but the mannerism’s that I was presented with from him was a breath of fresh air. He made me feel at home and seriously consider this property as my new home. Thank you for making the decision easier!

Trash everywhere no one picks it up! Under new management and the office staff is awful! The grills are disgusting and never get cleaned correctly so the catch on fire every time! Maintenance guys are really good! They do a good job!

I was referred to by a friend to look at these Apartments since it was close to my job. When I got there the property was well maintained and looked very cared for. Which is a big plus for me and as I wandered around a gentleman by the name of Abdel help me by pointing me the right way of where I needed to go. I asked him about the residence here since he worked there and he was very helpful. I am glad you guys hire such good and respectful employees keep it up. This place is now on my top of the list when I finally decide to get an apartment.

Living at the Waterford at Peoria has been delightful. The management takes good care of the grounds and amenities. Our pool is lovely. Edith is such a good manager. She is very professional, efficient, friendly, kind and always takes the time to listen. She will immediately act on a tenants concerns and requests. She always looks sharp and has a beautiful smile when she greats you. Both Martin and Abdel have been to my apartment to fix an issue. They are so polite and helpful. They are fast and proficient with their work orders. The response to requests are answered in a timely manner.

A friend suggested I view Waterford after unsuccessfully searching through various properties to rent. The moment I walked on site, I was greeted by staff who offered a tour and provided warming hospitality. The property was up kept, and everybody greeted the property manager with kindness - which showed how much they invest their business in customer care. I don’t normally write reviews, however I felt staff was deserving of acknowledgement
