Waterfall - American restaurant in Vero Beach - 2227 14th Ave, USA

Limited to 10 cars in the parking lot then there is street parking. Went on a busy Sunday breakfast morning. Had no wait although it is small and limited seating everyone was seated with no waiting. We did have to wait 40 mins for our eggs which was unacceptable. Also no one came around for coffee refill. The omelet was good and larger than most places. The food was decent just the service was bad. Prices reasonable. Maybe it was an off day but would like to try it again. Place is clean although the outside sign painted very amateurish that makes it look like the place is not great.

The shrimp and grits are tasty. It's a twist on the normal recipe. They use ham instead of sausage as the secondary meat. I did enjoy it, though. I went in at around 2 p.m., and it was relatively empty, so I can't really say much about the atmosphere.

Came in this past weekend for breakfast, had two omelets with home fries, and the food was great. However, there needs to be some improvements with the service. Had to ask the same server twice for a coffee refill, and it took too long to get a soda refill as well. Then when we were done eating, it took awhile to get our bill. Please get your service issues taken care of, as the food is very good.

It was a true pleasure to try Waterfall for the first time. I met a colleague for a business meeting and lunch, and we had a great time. I had the huevos rancheros, and he had a veggie omelette. Our server was friendly and helpful. She told me she recently graduated from Vero Beach High School and was excited to start at IRSC. I thought it took longer than necessary for our food to be delivered but when it arrived, the food was very tasty. I will certainly be back.

I had a private event at Waterfall last night. It was wonderful! Everyone raved about the delicious food, and great service. Carolina is very easy to work with. I highly recommend this family business.

Food is superb, and their matcha latte is awesome. My favorite place.

The food was just ok, no potatoes with the 15.00 Benedict. My wife’s omelette looked like something from a kids menu ( tiny like one egg) the service was non existent. I think only one person spoke English. While the small interior should have been easy to keep up with, 4 employees on the floor, there was so much wasted energy not serving the tables. Just walking by. My tea sat empty until they brought food. Then no refill after. Disappointment.

Great food. Good place In Vero Beach. Friendly place. 9 am is the best. Monday - Friday
