Watercourse Apartments - Apartment complex in Graham - 1030 Watercourse Cir, USA

When I was in the process of moving from Alabama to NC, I sent an email requesting availability/pricing of the apartment. I must say I got a speedy response. A few weeks later I traveled to tour the property and I was not disappointed. I applied for the apartment, traveled back to AL to prepare to move to the state of NC in September 2022. The ladies in the office made it a easy transition. They were/are nice, courtesy, and very knowledgeable. I felt safe and comfortable living there. I remember when I traveled back to AL to visit, I called the leasing office to ask if someone can check to make sure my oven was working due to an email I received from the leasing stating, "repairs were being done on something (I can't remember) and it mentioned if there is an issue with the oven coming on, contact the office. As I stated, I was still in AL but called the office for someone to check it out, Stephanie didn't hesitate to check on it. I didn't want to get back home that Sunday and it wasn't working. Both the ladies made me feel like family away from home. I highly recommend Watercourse. I just recently moved, due to my job, but if I hadn't gotten a promotion to move again, I would still be there. Kudos to Lindsey and Stephanie for a job well done.

I lived here almost 4 years and I loved the community. Very quiet, very attentive office staff and maintenance team. Once my air conditioner went out, I posted a maintenance request. Within the hour someone was there looking at my air conditioning and within 2 hours I had a portable air conditioner waiting on the HVAC tech. The community was well maintained and clean, and I enjoyed living there.

Even though I didn’t end up renting from here, due to come unexpected inconveniences… I have to say that this is the place to go. Very nice set up, and they treat you like family. Shout out to Stephanie, now that lady there is amazing. She went over and beyond for me with trying to get me in a apartment asap! I will be forever grateful for her kindness & generosity! Definitely recommend this place for you & your family. Area is coming!

I had a really compressed timeline to find somewhere to move, and the whole application process was super fast (approval came the same day I applied!) and easy, and Stephanie was kind, helpful, and made sure I had all the information I needed. I lived here for a couple of years previously, and when I found myself looking for a new place, Watercourse seemed like the obvious choice. Highly recommend!

Wow wow wow!! First off, want to apologize to Lindsey and Stephanie - promised them I would share my amazing experience and life got crazy! Seriously, shout-out to them!!! If you’re in the market for a first apartment and want an amazing, pleasant experience these two wonderful ladies are the way to go! They made my first time apartment shopping such a fun experience and provided top notch customer service. They were so friendly, took ample time with my tour and questions, and checked in (not in the annoying way like a lot of apartments that text you 13 times a day everyday lol) to see how I was and if I was interested. Both helped me walk through the entire process start to finish before I even applied and the amount of friendliness and transparency was so refreshing in this market! Even after deciding to go in a different direction, both ladies assured me that I was more than welcome to come visit them and chat about my first apartment experience and were overall a shining light in a very stressful time. 1000/10 recommend looking here if you’re in the market for a beautiful, affordable apartment and working with them to make the experience memorable!

I have lived at Watercourse for over a year. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The gym and pool are always clean. The property is well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. The apartments are spacious and have great layouts. I would highly recommend living here!!!

I really enjoy living here at Watercourse Apt. The office staff is really nice Lindsay is professional she always answer the phone and return emails. The maintenance men is really amazing and down to earth. If I put in a service request the come the day the request was made this is a nice community to stay in.

Update: Removed a star due to the recent purchase by Southwood Realty. The staff are still very nice and physically the apartments are just as nice. But lots of small changes that are annoying. Trash cans don't fit standard trash bags without a struggle, they got rid of the recycling center, can't pay water bills online, can't submit maintenance requests online, and a bunch of nickel and dime charges added on now. Original: Moved to Watercourse about a month ago and have been thoroughly enjoying it. All of the staff I've worked with have been very nice and responsive to any issues or questions. I've received extremely positive comments from guests about how upscale the apartment is. Amenities are great and my dog has been enjoying his regular walks. The only two issues I've had are a) sometimes the noise from off-site (traffic, emergency vehicles) can be a bit much and b) the lights at night are quite overwhelming. Both of those are probably at least partly due to my moving from the country to a more urban setting, but I will probably have to look at some blackout shades for the light issue (I know they keep them on for safety reasons, which is actually a positive!).
