I recently had to put a new well pump in the crew came within an hour from the water Doctor. Dale, Zak and Dennis with his helper. They restored my issue with in the same day as a matter of fact it was less than 4 hr. Also they recommend me removing my old filter system from the water coming into the house and replacing it with a state of the art system which back flushes it self every three days. It was put in to totally remove the iron and other processes from the water. Now once a year and better drinking water than buying bottled water. The two guys that did all the work were Dale and Zak, it was a great experience. Very knowledgeable and great work making sure no more issues. I would highly recommend these guys from the water Doctor to help anyone with their issues. Excellent job.Dale and Zak👍

Excellent customer service. I called midday for a free quote and they came within a few hours. After giving me a fair price, they were able to install and remove well pump, softener and tank on the SAME day! Very impressed with their professional attitude and how they explained everything. Nick and Robbie came out bright and early Saturday morning to investigate why our water stopped working the night before. They were so pleasant, informative, and efficient. The dug up our pump and found that it had broken due to the lightning storm, they quickly installed a new pump and educated us (new homeowners) on how to turn on and off the water to the house, and how the well and water pump works. Super satisfied with their service. Thank you!

I tried to fix my own jet pump for my well . After a few trips back and forth to tractor supply and home depot I gave up. So I went to Google and searched "my well is broken" . These guys popped up first so I called them! He said since it was a little late in the day he couldn't help me right now but first thing in the morning he was here and he fixed it in about 45 minutes. And the pump was slightly bigger than the one we had before and we have way more pressure. We knew this was going to happen eventually since our pump was old. The old tank was fine and he didn't try to upsell which I liked.But now thinking back I should have just done this a long time ago cuz this water pressure is amazing LOL. I'll definitely be calling them back when it's time to upgrade the rest!
