It is a great beach with a local vibe. It is not very crowded or touristy. There is limited parking which is a plus when you are looking to avoid crowds. It is clean and well maintained.
Most beautiful place Lauderdale by The Sea but the tourist and snowbirds there is way too many but most of them own houses down here so they are considered locals as well so it's a different situation but a good vibe.
As of 10/12/22 tons of seaweed everywhere, water murky and not clear. Only good part is there's no one around

There’s a lot of people these days who populate this area. It’s clearly cuz it’s a beautiful beach but if you’re looking for some lamp vibing, pompano might be better. I have nothing against people though. I myself have been one since last week! Just more into lamp. Happy 4/20!!
I live here, love the beach but its getting too busy with too much beach gear. On the weekends there's hardly walking room, It reminds me of a festival/Camping site
Only have a wash off station,also a lil park area to sit and talk or read.Also benches before entering the beach.
this beach was okay, it wasn’t terrible but I’ve been to better. I recommend it but there is a lot better beaches like rivers beach.
