Washington Street Inn - Bed & breakfast in Grand Haven - 608 Washington Ave, USA

A wonderful, clean and comfortable place to stay. My daughter and I booked a last minute trip to Grand Haven and the Washinton Street Inn was recommended by a local. Great communication with Tony and the personal touches were amazing. The tea station was incredible, coffee and breakfast was delicious, but those sheets on our bed were the best part! Softest sheets I ever slept in. Everything was super clean and we can't wait to go back. Thank you so much for the wonderful getaway!

This was my first time experiencing staying at a B&B and boy will it be hard to top! I stayed with my mom while we were in town for the Soccer in the Sand tournament. Tony and Michelle were amazing hosts. They were very hospitable and kind throughout our entire stay. Each morning we had a lovely breakfast and it was wonderful to have a small menu of options to choose from, this was a great personal touch. The room was great and the house had so much character which I loved. The scrabble board was so cool and although we didn't get a chance to play I would recommend that if you have the chance to play take it!! Our first night at the Inn we ordered pizza and sat out on the front porch and it was so relaxing and peaceful. The Inn is in a great location and about a 10 minute walk from all the action downtown!! My personal favorite part about the Inn had to have been the tea station, it was just such a great touch and really enjoyable. If you get the chance to stay at the Inn you will be in great hands with Tony and Michelle and I definitely recommend it!!

Had a really great experience at the Washington Street Inn and in Grand Haven! Tony's long history as an inn host shows through in his hospitality, customer experience intuition, excellent breakfast options, and interesting conversations. Had great insight and advice about Grand Haven and other Michigan beach towns. Property is walkable to the main downtown area and waterfront on the river and just enough blocks away to be a peaceful retreat.

We always stay at the Washington Street Inn when in Grand Haven. Tony is an excellent host who caters to your every need. The rooms are spotless and thoughtfully decorated with style and class. Breakfast is delicious and very filling. Tony sets a beautiful table to make you feel special and always welcomed in their home. It is within walking distance of downtown but still private and peaceful. Thank you Tony!

This was our first experience for the bed and breakfast. We were very pleased with the service that we received from the host. Tony and his wife are great, super personable and made us feel incredibly welcome. Little touches are what make this place special. (Go Bronco's) The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It's not often you can have a home-cooked meal while on vacation. Tony provided several choices each morning while we were there so we could have something different each time. There were snacks and drinks available for in between meals if needed. We loved sitting on the front porch, drinking our coffee and just enjoying the area. The home is walking distance from center town and downtown Grand Haven. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a great experience here. Tony was so hospitable and an amazing cook for our breakfasts. We felt like we were staying with family. The house is very cozy and clean with very comfortable bed (Sophia room). The location was perfect for walking into town and a very short drive to the beach. Highly recommend this B&B!

This was my fifth time staying at the Inn in and it had become a tradition. I have stayed there with my mother, on my own, and with my niece. Right when you walk in you will feel at ease. It's like coming home after a long time away. Tony and Michelle are wonderful Innkeepers and great cooks too! The Inn is quiet, clean, and not far from town. Can't wait to come back for some more memories!

Second stay at a B&B and it was as great as the last. Rooms were immaculate and food was delicious. Beds were comfy and you're a short walk from downtown and an even shorter walk to centertown. Thanks Tony and Michelle!
