I have used several rip softwares in the past 10 years and Wasatch has by far been the easiest to work with. I have installed their software on over 140 printers with no flaws. They are consistent with updates to keep a leading edge on abilities above their competitors. Would highly recommend giving them a shot.

Same experience like the other recensists, for a very old Mimaki printer a couple of old folks whose PC crashed irrecoverably and they lost the SoftRIP 7.1 installer that was received via FTP back in 2014 with a real dongle and licensekey, Wasatch refused to help out supplying the old 7.1 installer to get their business back running in a time of distress. I specifically stated it was urgent. After the second mail inquiring about the latest version, Mr. Duval simply stopped responding and ignores my mails. Customer experience is a solid zero. Feel free to contact me with the 7.1 installer, then I will do a 180 degree turn on this rating. In the meantime we are evaluating the alternatives such as Caldera, RasterLink etc.

Avoid at all costs! We purchased the rip for our Epson printer costing over £1000 and unfortunately the computer it was installed on crashed. When approaching Wasatch to help they refused to resend the lost licence key and instead tried forcing us on to there overpriced subscription plan. The software also has a physical dongle to activate and a key, the dongle i had and I showed evidence of this and that we purchased the software, sent invoices etc. but they still wouldn’t resend the key that I needed. I had purchased the software on a perceptual licence so how is that even legal? How any business can operate like this is beyond me, they are nothing short of crooks. My case was escalated to management so this unhelpful conduct runs throughout the business. My experience with Wasatch is by far the worst I’ve had with any business.

Not very happy with our experiences with Wasatch Computer Technology. We worked with multiple associates to "Fix" the problem with their Rip Software. We were required to purchase $600 tech support - I get that, but still no resolve After several weeks of communication and no responses on their end, I wrote a letter to the owner explaining my issues - ZERO response. We ended up purchasing a competitors software rip that works right out of the box for $799, complete - included tech support too! Careful what you buy, more than likely it's not what you expected and their communication/support on their end is far from customer service oriented. Lesson learned.

You employ the most condescending, inconsiderate, self absorbed UTA commuter in the state. This guy caused a huge scene on the train just so he could sit next to his e-bike. Please consider counseling for this individual, at least tell him to remove your company shirt before acting out in public.

Staff was extremely rude and incompetent... Stay away from this place and go get your computer fixed elsewhere... Trust me, I wish someone would have told me sooner...
