Tony. Butter. That miso sauce. Butter. Saki. Butter. What a fantastic place to make some memories. Tony and his whole crew are so hard working and hospitable. I love coming here to celebrate birthdays. If you can get Tony's last table of the night, you're in for a banger. Thanks to the whole team for all the hard work you do!

The staff is so friendly and attentive. .The Teppanyaki show was great. The food was the best I have had in Wausau!

Everything was great. The people were awesome. The prices were affordable and the lunch special was amazing, very filling.

First time going here and we did the Hibachi meal with a large group. The whole meal was very entertaining and the food was great. Certainly had a whole dinner with a show vibe, and everyone enjoyed it. I will be back!

So we are not from the area but have been to multiple teppanyaki restaurants. The flavor of the food was decent but it was nothing like we are used to. The salad did not come with the ginger dressing. Fried rice is an add on, if they have it that night. Our reservations were at 7:30 and we finally left there at 9:45. Our cook was very friendly and the food was pretty good but he only made small portions of the food at one time. Half our table actually left because it took so long. The steak was by far better the chicken and the sushi was excellent. But I will warn you. There was no yum yum sauce. And no ginger sauce. They also charge 2.5% of you use a card to pay for your meal.

Wasabi has grown to be one of my favorite places to eat. The staff is great , waiter/waitresses are very good and knowledgeable on the menu. Sushi is great. Personally, I love the godzilla and the black pearl. The flat top grill experience is fun and the food delicious. My go-to is the steak with the miso rice. Amazing again. It's definitely worth a try.

Came here on opening day, it was hectic and not well planned. A long time later I'm back and I'm happy I am. Had an amazing habachi chef with amazing tasting food! Will be back as many times as I can now. Ask for Raul, great chef!

No offense to the owner, but don't let the ugly green paint of the building make you judge a book by its color..I mean cover. I came in for the first time with a group of coworkers today. We're a very sarcastic bunch when we get together and it was unleashed a bit on to the staff, who insisted they were fluent in sarcasm, and gave it right back. They were great! After our food came, I was a bit blown away by how fancy the food looked. I never expected a place like this to have such high-end ritzy looking food. I figured it might have been making up for the lack of taste. I was wrong yet again. The food was AMAZING! If you haven't tried this place, you're doing yourself a disservice!
