EVERYTHING was Delicious, the price was fair and there was so much variety. Do NOT think you can't get full because it's "just sushi" I got plenty stuffed on hot food also. Tasty and healthy.
This is a great spot! We came in Sunday evening for dinner, and only had a 15min wait without reservations. The sushi was fresh, the selection was really great, and there were no surprise charges. I tried looking at other reviews to see what other potential negatives there would be, and I honestly don't know what the other people are complaining about, unless they can't read or something? There is a clear box inside the menu that shows the additional charges for certain rolls and items. I think this is a really cute idea to still have some of the fancier rolls be included with the price of all you can eat sushi, without jacking up the price too much. That way, if you want a little bit of ice cream you can just pay the $1.99 and get 3 scoops of absolutely delicious strawberry ice cream(they were out of the red bean ice cream, but if they have it and you have never tried it, $1.99 is an unbeatable price so do try it if you get a chance!) Once of the photos I uploaded is the size of sauce you get for the 75 cent charge, which is comically too much sauce, so you could really split the sauces - I got the spicy mayo, the Wasabi mayo, and the ponzu sauce. None of the sauces were truly spicy, so give em a shot! The veggie tempura was really nice with a mix of broccoli, zucchini and pumpkin/squash(my fav!!) Even if you are not getting the all you can eat option, the prices are very reasonable and I would go for a quick bite or get some to go the next time I am in town for sure :) The veggie roll was avocado, cucumber, and oshinko(pickled radish) - I'm slightly sad I couldn't order just an oshinko maki, but that's fine because the sweet potato roll made up for it!
Food was ok (tasteless, and you had to pay for extra sauces - so we brought our own dry peppers and Sriracha bottle - they charge $0.75 per packet), wait to be seated was decent, but the service - they weren't the greatest at serving us. We stopped here because the other sushi joint wasn't opened until 4pm. Would we come back to this location - prob/most likely not. Parking was limited - typical downtown joints. A heads up - bring your own sauce for dipping. You have to eat all the rice or else you'll get charged extra.
Tried their "All you can eat" buffet. The food was good, price was also reasonable if you are a sushi lover, but the waitress was pretty rude. Be careful about the leftovers, they charge for any leftovers in your plate. Also, if your group has anyone who didn't take the buffet, the server will keep an eye on that person all the time which might be uncomfortable.
Nothing really bad to say about this place. It’s was just an average sushi place. The best part is if your looking to get full do the “all you can eat sushi “ what you see in the picture was a total of $26. But there is a caveat. If you don’t finish some thing they will charge you extra for it to take it or leave it, so you better eat it all.
We've come here several times. The sushi is great for the price. The all you can eat option is definitely worth it and allows you to get a variety. I highly recommend the nigiri, especially the yellowtail, the pop up roll, and the gyoza. Will definitely continue coming back.
Have not dined here, nor will I be able to it seems because I have a service dog. A service dog, for some veterans, is our way of being able to get out in the world again, get life back. Thank you for reminding us how precious those that appreciate the work service dogs do for veterans.
Im in town working on feature film for the month and came in for lunch, the service was abysmal and then they served me Old fish. I've ran 2 Sushi restaurants before and have years of experience working in Sushi restaurants. If you eat your roll and it taste like salt its old fish the salt is to cover up the old taste and the only thing that was decent was the shrimp tempura roll and Miso soup.
