This studio is beautiful, the vibes are peaceful and positive, every instructor has their own style but each one is beneficial. Julie, the owner is the sweetest human ever. There is plenty of space so you don’t feel suffocated like other studios. I would stay at this studio forever if I didn’t move so far from it.

After a lifetime of playing golf extensively, last year, both my shoulders and elbows were in constant pain to the point of not being able to sleep. I quit golf and joined Warrior one Yoga. After only anout 3 months I was back playing and a few weeks ago played 45 holes in one day without any pain anywhere. Community and family oriented, warrior one yoga provides excellent instructions for both mental and physical strength. Numerous classes and great instruction spread out over each week fit my hectic work schedule and classes are available whenever i have free time. If you are a golfer like me and would like to play well into your senior years, I strongly recommend warrior one yoga for building strength and flexibility.

This is my first time practicing yoga and it has helped me feel incredible. The yoga instructors and Warrior One community are so welcoming. I feel that I am getting stronger and more centered with every class I take. I am so grateful for this studio! ☀️✨

Awsome yoga studio! Julie, Eddson, Donna, and Cathrine are all very professional instructors who want nothing more than to see you succeed in your fitness goals. Every lesson feels slightly different and perfectly challenging as to not make any class boring or wanting to leave. See you again basically every day for the next couple years lol

I was only passing through Florida for a month and expected to take some yoga classes. What I didn't expect was to find the most welcoming, open, friendly, healing and amazing community. Warrior One, their amazing & balanced selection of classes, their mindful and experienced teachers and community events are truly magical. Edson, I'm going to miss your healing sound baths and beer yoga. Julie, thank you, what a wonderful, therapeutic, healing space you've created.

I’ve had a tough time finding a workout routine that works for me. I felt like I had tried it all and I either lost motivation, didn’t get results or felt like I didn’t fit in. Not at Warrior One! I look forward to classes, feel so welcomed and my body has never felt better. Go go go! You won’t regret it!

I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write my review for this amazing studio. The studio itself is beautiful, warm and inviting. Beautiful murals decorate the space with plenty of spots to focus and inspire while doing balance poses or in meditation. There are cubbies to store your personal belongings. Yoga mats, towels, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets are available for use for FREE. There is a water cooler with glasses to ensure you stay hydrated. And even electrolytes for $1. They offer a wide variety of classes: Hot Power, Cool vinyasa Flow, Yoga sculpt, Yin/ restorative, pre-natal, yoga HIIT, and even kids yoga classes. During the week, there are 6-7 classes a day starting at 5:30 or 6 am through 7:30 pm so there’s bound to be one that can fit into your schedule. All of the yoga teachers are beyond amazing! They are trained in the Baptiste Methodology and teach the classes in a way that anyone at any level, beginner to advanced, can get a great yoga workout. Every time I take a class from a a teacher I don’t know, they become my new favorite. I have an injury (labrum tear on hip) and when I first started going to this studio, I could barely walk and was in constant, excruciating and debilitating pain. Through a regular yoga practice and guidance of all the incredible yoga teachers, I am now pain free and have quality of life again. And I can do things I never imagined I’d be able to do at the age of 52! Lastly, one other thing I love about Warrior One WG Windemere is the community. The people who make up this community are wonderful humans. They are friendly, supportive, caring and encouraging. They have a free community class on Saturdays at 5:15pm - this is a great way to check it out. (They ask for a canned good donation that is given to local shelter.). They also have drop in rates for individual classes for $15, new student special for 30 days of unlimited classes for for $39, along with class packs or unlimited annual packages available for purchase AND they’re transferable. They also sell yoga mats and apparel. So what are you waiting for? If you are looking for a yoga studio to call home, go! Just go.
