This is the best park around. It has a very large playground that always seems to have someone to play with. I drive from Scottsville to take my daughter here since the playground in town rarely has many children. There is a pirate ship for toddlers and several climbing areas for older kids. I only gave 4 stars because part of the jungle gym twisty ladder had caution tape around it. I hope no one was hurt, but there was no explanation. There is this articulated bridge that almost every kids got on and jumped around together, it was so precious. There are monkey bars and swings for many different abilities. The park had Porta potties, it was 70 degrees in December! There's a pond with geese, athletic fields picnic areas, and a Frisbee golf course. Definitely something for everyone.
I was there for a baseball tournament with my son and his baseball team. The fields were pretty well kept, one field had gotten a fungus or something in the grass and it destroyed the outfield; the ground folks battled on to get it playable. The other field we played on was all dirt infield due to it normally being a softball field, again grounds did the absolute best they could to get it baseball playable.
It's a beautiful park, amazing place to spend the day walking around the lakes and hills. The ducks and geese are very friendly and the ground are all maintained
Was clean and well lit for my son’s peewee football game. Kids had fun running around and playing in the dirt on the baseball field.
Nice place to spend time with your family. There are playgrounds, ducks, fishing, etc. Recommend this place.
All the parks are really nice. Some have lakes. You can feed the geese, eat lunch,or play basketball or tennis.
Nice little park. Want to play the disc golf course sometime. Cool playground, a little hard ti figure out how to get in.
These parks are very well maintained, safe playground equipment. Restrooms are a distance if you are disabled. All in all highly recommend a visit to any of the Warren county parks
