This is a convenient place to stock up on your Warhammer supplies and even play a game or two. The staff was extremely helpful.
Very friendly store, one of the best in the DFW area.
Don and Robert (who was a new employee training at the time) are amazing. My friend and I went here to get some 40k gameplay questions we had answered. Don and Robert spent 2+ hours (they even pushed back their lunch break for us though we insisted we didn't want to cut into it!) with us making sure our questions, and those that came up during the conversation (like army building questions), were thoroughly addressed. Truly a top notch customer experience. If you are interested in getting into Warhammer, or newbie starting out, don't hesitate to give this store a visit.
I'm new to the hobby and Don was a great help! From showing me the painting basics to figuring out what army fits me best. Can't wait to bring back my army for some victory laps.
The store was well organized and well stocked. Overheard Don helping out a someone new to the hobby, and he made sure we everyone was welcomed. We’re new as well and we’ll definitely be back.
Everyone here is SUPER friendly and helpful! What a great place. If you have questions about anything they have answers and will take whatever time needed to ensure you are taken care of. There is a nice little cafe in the back with great beverages and there are tables to play the various Games Workshop titles as well. The parking in front of the store (and downtown Grapevine in general) is really bad so I recommend taking that into account if you are planning on a visit.
Read reviews of the store before going and they did not mislead. Don is an awesome guy and is super friendly not to mention helpful. He really is 'there to help' and is quite skilled and knowledgeable. Citadel in Grapevine is great for the atmosphere, but can be lacking in stocked items and they don't have the personal touch Don brings.
I'm new to the 40k lore and Don helped me pick out some of the novels. Also recommended a few of the fantasy novels as well. He was super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back for more books. Much cheaper here than on Amazon.

How amazing was this Craft shop. We enjoyed each other's company and went home with a priceless souvenir, previous set up for the asking, word of advice everything is so much better once the board is done ð¯ðð².
Awesome staff. My son thoroughly enjoys getting stretched weekly as he is growing. This says a lot. He doesn't like going anywhere except to the basketball gym/rec center. Highly recommend for the growing athletes!
