Walt Disney World Swan Reserve - Hotel in Lake Buena Vista - 1255 Epcot Resorts Blvd, USA

What a great property! World renowned Marriott attention to detail and service coupled with Disney magic! A very elegant and modern hotel on WDW property, but feels like you’re nestled in a secluded area. We stayed in the Epcot view rooms and with their floor to ceiling windows you can view several parks night displays! If you have tickets for the day of checkin, no problem to park there. Did i mention while getting your Marriott perks you also get WDW perks like early admission to the parks!!! Cannot wait to stay there again soon!

My fiance and I checked in past midnight because we were coming from a delayed flight and Jill provided excellent customer service. She patiently answered all our questions and even asked the cleaning attendant to pause the vacuum running in order for us to hear each other better. We truly appreciated her attention to detail and the extra care she gave us. The hotel interior was beautiful and everyone we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were also very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our favorite hotel during our most recent trip to the USA. Being our first trip to Orlando Disney, this hotel made our vacation a wonderful experience. The hotel lobby is spacious, clean and modern. The room was huge with separate dining and lounge area (and 3 TVs!) and offered views of the EPCOT fireworks display. Access to the Dolphin's Grotto pool was a bonus as this is a great family friendly pool with slide and beach area. The hotel has both sit-down table service and quick bite options (which usually made for a quick breakfast before hitting the parks). The hotel offered buses to all major parks including Disney Springs which ran on approximately 20-25mins intervals per park as well as water taxis to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent Marriott Autograph Collection property. A "smaller" Disney property at "only 300" rooms provides a more personal feel. The atmosphere is Chic and a general higher end feel. The rooms, dining, and service are all on par as to be expected with a more premium property. The only reason I am giving this four stars is a personal preference, the mattresses are too firm, however the pillow offerings are excellent (firm and soft offerings).

We just came back and our stay was amazing. Everyone who works there is so friendly and accommodating. We had to switch rooms once due to the first room we originally got wasn't exactly what we expected. I strongly recommend the Epcot view, it's amazing. The rooms are nice, new and the beds are comfortable. I think overall this time is the best value inside the Disney World Resorts community we ever stayed, I wouldn't surprised if we came back again in the future,

I wanted to personally thank Frankie and the entire service team for helping me and, my now, fiancé for creating an incredibly memorable experience! Frankie was very knowledgeable and helpful in planning our day at Magic Kingdom. And I let him know that I'd be proposing. He had the team send us a bottle of champagne to cap a wonderful evening. The rooms are immaculate and the view from our room was amazing! The food and drinks from the pool side bar were top notch and the service was superb. A lovely property and excellent staff make this my go-to Disney resort. Thanks to all and we will see you next time!

Pleasantly surprised!! It’s not my normal territory to delve into the hospitality reviews and when I clicked on this just now I was pleasantly surprised to see a 5 star hotel and that makes sense. There are a lot of little details that this place just gets right. I have been in the hospitality industry and it does help to have a new property…but never not acknowledge proper and good efforts. Fresh and high quality towels, check, wonderful decor and real clean rooms, check, an easy to use and scrumptious shower equipped with tangerine themed body elements, check, AN ACTUAL FAN IN THE BATHROOM, check check. I mean. When was the last time you used a shower in a hotel and you came out and were able to see yourself in the mirror. Just a nice touch. Elevators super fast, plentiful and quiet, Wonderful bars (really enjoyed the pool side bar, sure it was hot out, it’s Orlando, but both my wife and I commented on the atmosphere) had a scratch hummus plate that was beyond delicious, the pool is not huge but adequate and the sprays are a nice element and everything was well equipped. Kind of funky to go to third floor to check in but their escalator was quick and I actually like a good escalator ride. Self parking was totally easy (they had more than enough valets present ready to assist). This is not the biggest property you will find in the area but it sure feels like the right one to stay at if your looking to spend some time at Disney. We will definitely be coming back to stay at the Swan Reserve next time we are in the area. Oh and what is a hospitality review if you don’t mention the staff. So far so good. Everyone has been beyond attentive, friendly and there is a real good atmosphere and energy from the staff here. Thank you Swan Reserve!! Cheers

I wanted to compliment the team after our great stay at the Swan Reserve. From check in to check out, the amenities, food and most importantly, the people were outstanding. Bella Frankie Jordyn Sarah Brennan They all ensured our stay was fantastic with their friendly and helpful service. I am a long time Bonvoy member and I have realized as good as a Hotel is, it is the staff that truly makes a difference. Their staff and their hospitality left us with fantastic memories of the Swan Reserve. I recommend The Swan Reserve to all my friends and family.
