So perfectly Disney. Gorgeous theater. Not a bad seat. Good snacks for $4. PERFECT ACOUSTICS. Saw Evan Hansen which is really dialogue heavy and could hear every word. Valet parking was $27. But sort of worth it because there was very little/no street parking. Well worth it to see beautiful modern theater.b
There's no place better to see a production or hear an orchestra than the Dr Phillips Center. It's as beautiful to navigate as it was brilliantly built for an optimum sensory experience regardless of where your seat may be. Truly magical.
Attended a performance today at The Walt Disney theatre for the very first time. Chaperoned a group of elementary students for the symphony. I missed the introduction because I had to step away for about 5 minutes. Unaware of any photo policies because I was an alternate for someone with a family emergency at the last minute and didn't see any at entrance. Some very rude person spoke louldy in my ear saying "NO MORE PICTURES MA'AM!", and disappeared. Certainly not a way one, to address an issue, I'm not a child, or any guest for that matter. A simple no pictures a allowed would have done just fine. They pictures were not for my personal use. I was fulfilling a request of a student who had ni knowledge. Thank you for sour first experience. My family and I will not return!
Neat outdoor theater venue with socially distanced tubular steel frame 'booths', each seating four with chairs and table. Food available for purchase during the feature is delivered to your seat after you order on your phone. Friendly staff. Audio and video are of good quality.
The show was really special. It allows us the opportunity to see & hear some of musical talent that we will never get in The Villages.
Beautiful theatre; can't wait to come back again and again. Wicked was phenomenal.
