If you want a massive sub, this is the place to come. Huge portions at decent prices. Go for one of the cheesteak subs or a gyro. This has become a favorite carryout spot for the team at work. Fries portions are massive. The pepperoni rolls are the biggest and heaviest I’ve ever seen. Staff is friendly. Food is unique and really good.
You thought you had a good burger till you try walrus. This place has the absolute best damn burgers in northeast Ohio, probably the whole state. I highly recommend trying out this place, even if you don't like burgers the other food they have is just as good. And good luck finding better customer service the people here are all amazing. Seriously what are you waiting for.
Called before coming to see if dine in was available, got there and no high chairs. Guess only guests with no children dine in. Place order for two Italian subs. The lady wasn’t very friendly and messed up the order. Asked for mayo on one and was told we had to wait to get it. Then she placed it on the counter without telling us while we were sitting at the table. We ordered French fries and I guess they eat fries with no condiments. You even have to ask for silverware ware and napkins. No salt of pepper on any tables. Food was very good. But all in all the service was horrible. Will not be going back.
Went in there on a whim had passed the shop several times decided to finally try something. The manager was the person that took my order and left recommendations of what to try. She recommended the gyro which I got and it was delicious. The manager was super nice. She made me want to come back and try more
Went in to check the place out because I had never been before. The food was absolutely delicious staff was amazing and very helpful Cindi I hope I spelled her name correctly was absolutely on point with her service and sold me on the walrus burger. I will most DEFINITELY be back time an time again
I used to love this place. When they reopened after the fire, it's different. Nowhere near as good. When I went to pick it up there were bugs crawling on the floor. Just beetles, but several of them. I know it's summer and hard to control that, but it didn't give me a sense of confidence about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Food was meh. I won't go back for a long time.
