Tried to return an unopened bottle of alcohol. I did not have the receipt but did have the card I bought it with and went back to the same store I bought it from, which followed all of the rules on the website when it comes to returns of alcohol. The first lady at the desk tried to tell me they did not take returns of alcohol at all. I pulled up the policy on the website and then she called over someone else who said she didn't think they could take the return either. Second lady called a higher manager over the radio who said they could only take returns if it had been less than 24 hrs. I asked if I could speak with that manager and I was told no. Called the customer service line, guy had no idea why they had made up that rule and suggested I go back and try again with him on the phone but I didn't want to deal with being treated like I'm a criminal or something when I just want to do a simple return. Called the store and asked to speak with a manager, when I told the lady on the phone the rule of less than 24 hours she acted like that was news to her. She went and talked to someone and when she came back she said it had already been taken as high as it could go. I asked if there was anyone I could talk to, she said no. I asked where I could find that rule written or how I was supposed to know that it actually existed and she said I don't know. I asked why it was different than the website and she said we don't follow the website that's what it's been since I've been here.... which doesn't make sense when she acted like she'd never heard of it when I first told her. Really frustrating trying to make returns here because they always treat you like you're doing something wrong and then make up whatever rules to make it as difficult as possible. I guess joke's on them because I called back customer service and they gave me my money back and I can keep the bottle 🤷‍♀️

Clean well lit store. Most shelves are stocked and organized. Handicap Parking and Accessibility. Plenty of parking. Staff is helpful when you ask.

I knew as soon as they added more locked cases that I would eventually stop shopping here for alcohol. Spent 15 minutes waiting at the case after hitting the “help” button several times. As we decided to leave, I kept looking back, and nobody ever showed up. I know you’re trying to prevent theft, but you’re losing money either way if nobody is working the locked cabinets. Disappointing, will start supporting local liquor stores instead.

I have a girlfriend that her daughter worked at Walmart. Her Daughter has type two diabetes complained to her boss that she needed a break to assess her problem. Her boss denied her.She ended up in the hospital. So in your review, Walmart does not take care.Of their employees like they are supposed to.

Went there on Sunday to get some money that was sent to me for an emergency. It was after 6pm and money center was closed but normally you would be able to go to customer service to make a transaction like that after hours but they said they could not do that and we had to find another Walmart where the money center was still open. This was so inconvenient, maybe a few employees need to be trained on doing this type of transaction from the customer service desk after hours.

Update 9/1/24. I went to get my oil changed, and they zip tied my skid plate and didn't tell me they did that. Two days later, I hear a scrapping noises. I look under my suv, and a few zip ties have broken. It almost fell off. When I went back so they could fix it, they made me wait. They guy that finally came out wanted to zip tie again. I complained to them at the store and to corporate with no response.

I believe that if you call with a question, you should attempt to answer or at least guide your customer. That did not happen for me today, 8.18.24 @ 10:25am. I Googled Walmart nail salon, and the phone number attached went directly to Walmart. I spoke with the operator and she pretty much didn't want to assist, and only focused on not doing anything. Today she was stretched, and I'm sure she didn't like it. After she did her investigation, she was able to find a phone number that did not match what I had. This is customer service. The attitude she had along the way was not so great. Walmart, be careful who you are promoting into roles that put them out front representing your company. Give other ethnicities the opportunity to be in these roles as they normally have better Emotional Intelligence due to the adversities they have experienced. Invest in your colleagues by giving them DE&I Training. The investment would allow you to hold your colleagues accountable, and maybe cut back on making you an embarrassment on all social media platforms. If you care about the integrity of your organization, then you care about what your customers think. I will no longer shop at your establishments. I would rather pay more at a store where I am acknowledged for my loyalty. TO THE YOUNG LADY I SPOKE TO THIS MORNING, I DID NOT PUT YOUR NAME HERE BECAUSE ITS NOT ABOUT EMBARRASSING YOU. YOU OBVIOUSLY WANT TO BE PAID TO DO THE BARE MINIMUM WHICH MEANS YOU LACK MOTIVATION IN LIFE. THAT'S ON YOU. BUT, I HOPE YOU READ THIS POST AND TAKE IT AS A LEARNING OPPORTUNITY AND DO BETTER NEXT TIME.

I must say my experience here was way better than it has been. They have upgraded the store. They have took care of a lot of problems. They did a excellent job on upgrading that location. Good job walmart. I was actually walking around looking at everything that they have made new and it made me proud.
