Walmart Neighborhood Market - Grocery store in DeSoto - 108 W Parkerville Rd, USA

The employees here are just rude. Very unwelcoming, their attitudes display that they don’t want to be there 25/8, they don’t want to help and drag their feet. Service quality is garbage. Two different instances a week apart where one young girl whose name starts with an E gave me attitude for requesting two different transactions. Then a young male who just had bad energy overall about me needing him to unlock a cabinet for me to get an item this morning. Lastly finally checking out this morning and the older lady who’s the cashier just kept starring at me with attitude as if i shouldn’t be there. I get we all have our days but this is just too consistent. And I can say that because I myself came here often before moving to Arlington. Now moving back after being gone for 3 years. I thought things would change but these 2 experiences show me they haven’t. Hire new people who will bring positive reviews and be willing to satisfy the community. Then, just maybe work days will be easier, customers will be more comfortable and appreciative. Can’t expect good when bad is given out.

Shout out to Jordan with the beard who was very helpful. Went out of his way to provide great customer service. Also had two (2) great customer service experiences with Tanya while checking out at the register. If we could get this kind of customer service while at the Walmart Neighborhood Market we would visit for all of our grocery wants and needs. "Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

Well my experience at this location was good, it has excellent customer service

New dark skinned lady working self check name starts with an E ought to be ashamed of herself! She stood over me like I was a child stealing from a candy store because I was using my own bags. Never once deviated from me to observe any other register. I feel discriminated against & humiliated by her actions. No one should have to feel like that where they are spending money. If I hadn’t been pressed for time & disappointment to my grandchildren party today I would’ve left everything there where she disrespected me& had I not called her out in her actions she would have continued to hover over my shoulder. Glad it was me I’ve seen this people get smacked in this same store for less!!!

Ok so you like walmart but hate the lines. Well this is your place. Always clean, fast friendly service. Sometimes the checkout lines do get long.

Today I was looking for chicken drumsticks in the $5.97 bag. In the app it showed it was available. However when I got to the store there was not any stocked. I asked a worker and that person directed me to another person stocking near the meat department. Unfortunately they signed to me that they did not speak English. I went to the door where it said Associates only and knocked hard on the double doors. A nice man came out and I told him what I needed. He got me the chicken. I understand people are working harder for less pay these days but a little customer service can go a long way. People are already running from Walmart because of long lines and higher prices. Now when customers are feeling the unspoken depression it is sad that the customer has to work so hard to buy groceries.

The money center is never open! I gave this 2 stars at first, and then I just called again, and it’s still closed. Why are they not following regular Walmart hours??

Please hire people with better customer service. Especially the younger generation. Learn to respect people in general which I’m sure it’s part of the job description when you dealing with the public. Also it doesn’t hurt once you check someone out to say thank you have a nice day.
