Walls Motel Long Beach - Motel in Long Beach - 4821 Long Beach Blvd, USA

I only stayed for two days, checking in for a room at night. The next day morning I went in the bathroom it was somewhat dirty but average but one thing I noticed was ever since I came here I was extremely itchy itching every 5 seconds or so. Then at night, I saw a BED BUG on one of the pillows and told the managers they claimed I brought them here but I looked at previous reviews and people also experienced bed bugs. I looked around the room and saw a BUNCH of rollie pollies lifted I saw a huge wet spot some pink stain and a roach. Overall filthy room and has rude employees. -1/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WORST MOTEL I've ever been to.

This will be the last time I get a room right here the jacuzzi did not work what so ever and he didn’t even want to give me a refund back

This is a 2 Star motel. Expectations should not be high. Having said that, this is worse than I expected. First, we had to put down a $10 deposit for the plastic room key. The room itself what is not great, but could have been okay. Decor and paint and cleanliness are not the problem. However, there are some spectacular shortcomings including the very worst and hardest pillows I have ever seen in my life. These are not normal pillows! I am not sure where you can get such things, but I would never put them on a bed. The sheets appeared to be clean, but the top bed cover itself is questionable. The two together, made a very thin layer and the night was cool. There are no other blankets in the room. In addition, the noise during the night was incredibly disruptive. A family was playing with their motorcycles right outside the door during the night. Later, someone arrived and set their car alarm only for it to go off a moment later. The wall and door are such that you can hear every detail taking place outside. Probably the worst place we have ever stayed and I cannot recommend it. I will never forget those pillows.

Positive: not one thing. Negative: furniture in very poor condition,cracked mirrors,torn bed covering,light swiches defective,grime around edge of tub,obviously poor maintenance they need to close down repair and replace everything. Negative: ""

My electric bike and phone were stolen from this motel. No phone in room and the manager refused to call the police. This happened about a year and a half ago and I have not returned since. I eventually got to a phone outside the motel and filed a police report. Tracked down my bike to an offer up post the next day and a motel in San Gabriel...possibly a relative of theirs? The person selling it got suspicious and didn't show up to "sell" the bike. I had cops waiting around the corner.

Honestly, I know it's a 2 star but still things should be clean. The rooms are decent and you get free wifi but our towels look like they were used but never washed. The hotel manager is nice but really needs to be attentive

Based on what we paid for it, it was pretty nice. There wasn't a lot of parking. But we always had a place to park. The room did smell a little like smoke, but I just sprayed some perfume and it went away. We were in room 3 and we could hear the cars on the road a little. But it wasn't a big deal cause we had the air conditioner on while we slept. The owners were nice. They replaced the sheets and towels every other day which was very nice. And it is in a very good and safe location. The only things I didn't like was people kept setting off fireworks which sounded like gun shots..(but you could tell they were fireworks by the defusing sound) but we did stay 4th of July weekend.. So any other weekend, that probably wouldn't happen. And the bathroom door didn't shut all the way cause the knobs were like duck taped on. But it was a decent place and in a safe location.

Location was great for myself as a getaway. Rooms were clean. Microwave and mini fridge worked. Only negative is they needed heavier blankets.
