We went to get out of the house and feed some ducks since I saw ducks on other people's photos. I whipped up some duck food (not bread) and we went out. It was raining the day before so there were plenty of puddles but that just helped the ducks be closer to us. Nice walking trails, lots of lizards and even young egrets were seen. We enjoyed our walk a lot. No restroom, so keep that in mind before you go.
This is a relatively small park with a couple of ponds and trails. It is more suited to a walk rather than jog or run because of the rather large population of ducks.
The ducks are used to being fed by humans and they will likely follow you even without food in sight.
Look before you sit as there might be duck poop.
It can be a quiet and tranquil park provided residents' dogs are not in their backyards barking.
No parking space. It is a small neighborhood park.
We were there yesterday, at 4 pm. It was amazingly shady & the temperature under the trees was at least 20 degrees cooler. And the thermometer in my car read 97 degrees. Love this park.

This park is behind the courthouse! Iâm sure a lot of people confuse turning into North Shore Park but just know you enter as if youâre going to the courthouse :) very spacious and a lot of shade! This park is mainly tailored for toddlers-5 year
This is a very clean and quiet park to walk in the mornings. Friendly people. I enjoy it very much. Has water fountains for you and your pets too. Staff drives around picking up trash. And they keep up with the grass as well.
