Have always had great customer service here on all of our visits or purchases. Staff is always friendly and happy to answer questions. We have always been happy with the quality of the furniture that we have gotten here and get many years of use out of the pieces. We have also been able to find some really great deals in the clearance area. If you are looking for some new items for your home, it is worth stopping in to take a look.

Text notification that delivery would be in about 20 minutes. Two man team arrived within that time, backed onto driveway, I opened garage door and showed were the table and chairs would be. Very carefully unloaded and checked each piece before setting it in place. Showed me how to access the two leaves should I want to use them. Both were Very knowledgeable, worked well together and were done and off to the next delivery. White glove delivery is definitely worth it!!

We had a great experience purchasing our new furniture. Kathy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Communication on the delivery was great. We had an issue with a recliner and they took care of it quickly.

I was just looking for a nice recliner again, to replace my old one. I have no idea of just how many years ago I had the previous one. But that one too I think I bought at Walker's so long ago. I was just glad that I could find a recliner that wasn't so large as so many others are, anymore. The location is ideal too, right in the center of he Tri-Cities.
