Chris with WalkerITC was great to work with. We had a power outage that took down a server and I had no local IT support. Chris was able to come by and work on a machine he had no history of. We determined the machine's mother board had been zapped. We managed to get another server, and Chris came right back once that arrived and installed the new server and worked with some remote people to get it all back online. It took a few trips because of firewalls and he never gave up. Such a great help. I would recommend Chris with WalkerITC 100% to anyone in need of IT support.
