Walk of Art Sculpture Park - Non-profit organization in Elk Rapids - 920 S Bay Shore Dr, USA

Great hike along paths to over 30 sculptures. Several areas with picnic tables, playground area and you do end up at the beach of the Traverse Bay. Yes there are bathrooms. Not sure how often they change the sculptures. They are located down from the Twisted Art Gallery. Coming out of the parking lot you drive into Elk Rapids. Turn right and you'll be able to visit a very nice art gallery. Support these art destinations.

Lovely area to visit, walk on the trails, through the wooded area, look at the unique art all around. Nice beach area with few people. Slide and swings for kids (or adults) and picnic benches. Nice, off the beaten path park.

We had a little extra time so we decided to check it out. Cute little trail. Not well marked but it's not big so easy to follow. The sculptures were fun, some were a little hidden which made it extra fun for the kids to find. The beach was really close. Not at all busy and very clean. Highly recommend if you have some time. Sculptures were fun to look at.

This was the best find of our entire vacation! Bathrooms were clean, the sculptures were stunning, and the nature was just what we needed. A great local gem!

I've love Elk Rapids for a long time and I never knew this place existed.  I happened upon it due to an article on Antrim Awesome. It took GPS to find the place because it is barely marked. The entrance is almost camouflaged and there are two small signs parallel to the road up against the fence in shade, instead of by road facing on coming traffic. Plus the signs are dull. So bad design there. Once you park there's a main pathway and a bunch of smaller sub paths that aren't as well up kept. Along the path at Random intervals are some art? Installations. Most of it is not what I would classify as art or even pleasing, but to each their own. The paths are fun to walk and good for exercise. There's picnic tables so you could hike and eat. Some of the paths lead to some great beaches. Overall a 4 star review. It's a nice place to visit, it just has strange art.

This place is fun anytime of the year. In the winter the big gates are closed so you will need to park on the side of the road and come in the pedestrian gate. We saw a snow volcano. Found some shells. Slid down the slide and tried out the swings. We stayed and played a few hours on the beach. And enjoyed the art on the beach and in the woods!

I so loved walking through the woods and discovering sculptures. Trails are easy to walk and wider trails are easy enough for a wheelchair or stroller. Beach part would be more challenging for weheels but was fun to walk on the beach. There are restrooms, pavilion, grills, firepits, picnic tables, shade and sunny areas. The shore is mostly rocks so good to have water shoes. Playground anc nice sandy are in front of a bucket sculpture. Great place to take kids and family. My nephew caught a beautiful emerald toad he released and there were lots of tadpoles. A bit of something for every curious explorer.

Nice work of art. Needed more directions for walk from parking lot. Entry is hidden, pass the entry without noticing. Would have like more info on art. Donation pole was full and hidden. Thanks.
