The staff was wonderful! Excellent customer service skills all around! Our flight arrived late and the late night dinner menu was not accurate/ only had one item available, which was really disappointing. The rooms were a bit dated and for the price we expected more. The only parking option is valet so be aware of that. The shuttle service to the downtown area was great and Joe was amazing.
This hotel's commitment to exceptional service is evident in every detail. The staff were attentive, genuinely friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make us truly valued as guests. What truly sets this property apart is the personalized service. Zofia's hiking recommendations helped us create memories that will last a lifetime. From the moment we checked in with Pare, she made us feel like we were at home during our stay. Thank you for making our trip to Park City special. We will always remember your kindness and generosity. We can't wait for the next holiday to return.
Very torn on this. On one hand, my hotel experience was top notch. Great location, great rooms, great service, great food... On the other hand, this hotel does not disclose its fees up front. And I really cannot stand deceptive pricing. I don't think it should be legal. You shouldn't be able to advertise a price only to slap a $40 a day resort fee at checkout. For someone staying nearly a week, this can add up. Such fees should not be treated as incidentals. You shouldn't prepay a certain rate online only to be slapped with an extra $600+ in charges at checkout that weren't disclosed ahead of time, as if it were somehow a surprise. So, if you're reading this, feel free to stay here, but do yourself a favor before you book and ask them to list all the extra fees they intend to charge at checkout.
Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Park City was absolutely incredible! We had a fantastic room with breathtaking views that made our stay even more special. The highlight of our dining experience was when the restaurant chef and manager personally greeted us. Their warm welcome added a personal touch to our meal, which was superb. The food exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff at the Waldorf Astoria were professional, polite, and always eager to accommodate our needs. Their exceptional service truly enhanced our experience. As someone who appreciates excellent hospitality and stunning views, I can confidently say we'll definitely be coming back here. It's the perfect destination for anyone looking to combine luxury and a connection with nature. Highly recommend for a memorable and delightful stay! And if you have real estate questions, please let me know!
Best hotel stay ever! I got a massage and took full advantage of the steam room and repose room. All of these were incredible and just what I needed for an ultra relaxing afternoon! The staff were very accommodating and helpful plus they gushed over our 18 month old which made me feel that she was very welcome! The decor was very nice, appliances in the room were top notch, and the pool was spacious with plenty of seating. Overall, we had a great time!
This was such a fun experience, I will definitely be back! The staff were incredible and so kind. Me and my husband stayed a night for my birthday and they sent us up a birthday cake, fruit try, and drinks. The breakfast there was also incredible, and again the servers were amazing. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would absolutely recommend.
We stayed at Waldorf Astoria Park City from 7/31 to 8/5 2024 for a family vacation (4 people, incl. 2 kids 8 and 11 yo). It is a lovely hotel, with a perfect location, excellent service and well-maintained facilities. We were particularly happy with John, who guided our hiking tour to an alpine lake (a free guided tour offered by hotel). John was very knowledgable, adjusted the pace to our individual needs and was very attentive to details. Would highly recommend John for any guided tour, both in summer and winter. The hotel offers free shuttle to Park City Main Street. Every evening kids can enjoy s’mores. The personnel is friendly and ready to help. The pool area is great, with lots of space and good choice of drinks / snacks. The pool staff gave our daughter a pair of goggles as we left ours at home. Overall, a great experience, definitely would recommend if you are traveling to Park City.
We stayed here recently and really enjoyed the hotel. Convenient to Park City and Kimball Junction. Between the two you probably have 40 restaurants to choose from.|Only gripe was they need more restaurant options in the hotel itself, but I understand that is coming.

Phenomenal food and friendly, fantastic service from Sonny. The beef patty was to die for and everything else (oxtail, roti curry, jerk chicken and shrimp) was so flavorful too! We'll definitely be back soon.
