Took my daughter here for her birthday. We all ordered the AYCE. I've never had my rolls brought out to us so fast. Lauren was our waitress. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. So many options. Everything tasted so fresh. I'll try to remember the names of the rolls that I posted. It is definitely worth a try

1st time visit for family and me. What a hidden jem! Staff were pleasant, eager to please, and just plain awesome! Two staffers in particular: our waitress was very helpful in explaining menu items and helping us order, was extremely attentive in checking to see if we needed anything - we felt like we were her only patron though it was extremely busy and every table filled. Manager took special care to make my gin lemon drop martini (something they don't usually get asked to make) and it was the best I've had! Thank you both for making our first visit the best experience ever! Food was fresh and excellent taste and flavor. Came out incredibly fast! And on a busy, busy Saturday night... couldn't believe it. Extra plus is they offer gluten free soy sauce - hard to find places that carry that or tamari sauce. Thank you! Didn't notice the delightful outdoor seating until we left....will definitely do that next visits now that weather is cooling. Thank you all! Your Forever Patrons!

First time dining at Wako. The atmosphere was festive for Christmas. We were seated immediately. Before we even finished placing our orders (waitress entered them on a tablet) a server was already bringing food out to us. Our waitress was pleasant and kept our table clear and drinks full. Food was fresh and delicious. Very good experience.

The all you can eat options are insane, I took a buddy of mine to this restaurant so that we could chow down on sushi, and their sushi is always good, a ton of options and it’s quality tasting sushi, not like stuff you get at Masa. Our server Bianca was amazing as well, when you’re a big boy it’s kind of nerve racking when you keep asking for food to be brought to your table wondering if they are judging you, but with Bianca I didn’t get that vibe, she was kind and was even training a server as well (I think). This place is the best place to go for All you can eat Sushi. I’ll shut up now. Thanks Bianca!

Their all you can eat sushi menu is amazing! Usually, when you get something, all you can eat is limited, not here! This menu has at least 5 items per category and includes appetizers, dessert, etc. The bang for your buck is 100% worth it! As for service, it was good, a little slow, but nothing terrible. The food quality was very good. I will say I wish the menu went into more detail about how it was served. I was not thrilled when I got my pepper tuna, and it was covered in spicy mayo that wasn't listed on the menu. If you are a sushi lover or have a big group, this place is amazing and very kid friendly.

First time eating here and it was great. The atmosphere is great and the staff is wonderful. They have all you can eat for lunch and dinner all day. Lunch is $20 and dinner is $30. They do offer menu items if you do not do AYCE.

Worst experience ever in Pensacola. Been here 5 years. Better sushi just down the street at Sake house. All you can eat did not work for my daughter & I. We were charged $1 per piece on top of $30 per person. We only ordered 5 rolls. It was a stressful situation. I did not see the fine printed rules. I was asked by manager if I thought I was above the rules, better than other customers & called me condescending. She held her hand up to my 14 yr old daughter & said she wasn't done talking. Manager was upset because I told her I belonged to some large groups & planned to voice my experience. We did not order a gluttonous amount of food. We were not wasteful. We really tried to eat all our food. The number of pieces per roll was too large for us. They weren't that good & hard to eat it all. We hoped to try different rolls, but rules did not allow for that. I will never return. Manager could have cared less. I can name many sushi spots that quality is much better. Just not worth the rules, money stress unless you just care about large portions & can eat it all. We only ordered 4 special rolls & 1 regular. 17 pieces left. Cost $84. This is not a good option for my daughter & I. We were not gluttonous pigs and did not order much at all to even cover the $30 per person. They were just so rude to us.

While traveling through Pensacola, I stopped at Waki with my adult children. We tried the all-u-can-eat sushi 🍣 lunch. We had great conversation between each roll we tried. My fave roll was the Hawaiian roll while both the kids fell in love with the amazing roll. We tried over 10 different rolls and many appetizers The tempura batter was perfect, light, and crispy. The taro had an amazing flavor. The miso soup was nice and hot, and the egg rolls were fried to perfection. We also had three different ice creams, which was a perfect end to the meal. Thank you to our server and trainee who kept the rolls coming!

Tried for the first time. Really good! The Brie burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were great. The Spicy ketchup they use tastes freshly made (almost like marinara but thicker), and the drinks were good too!
