Best coffee shop in Lakewood. The coffee is excellent and the service is fantastic. The servers really get to know the customers and remember your order. The Place could use a new paint job...hint hint.

Coffee joints, for the most part are a matter of preference. Ok, so that's not entirely true. It really is about the roast that's presented. In addition to the barista who's making your cup. Ever had a cup of burnt coffee? Not here you won't AND they do a pretty darn good job as remembering your flavor. Specially with someone like me who only stops once, twice a week.

My wife took me here for their frozen lemonade and I keep driving miles weekly to get one! So good, so refreshing! And the service is excellent!!!

This is a fantastic drive up or walk-up location for espresso drinks. Their baristas are friendly and create great drinks! Their food items are pre-packaged, so if you are looking for a high-quality, super fresh breakfast, I would look elsewhere!

I don't eat here but I get my coffee here all the time, depending on who is working its either quick or not. Great staff they like to engage and talk and I indulge but for the most part I like to get my coffee and go! So when I have to wait cuz of alot of conversation with others I will either leave or wait and not engage to much at the window.

Great local coffee shop serving Dillanos coffee. Great friendly batista. The owner is amazing and friendly usually go there in the mornings. Always gets your drink the right way.

I haven't been here in 3 years because I had to move to Texas, but I miss this place. All that's down here is Starbucks and it sucks, I miss Wake Up Espresso! When I get to visit home again the first thing I'm doing is coming here and getting a White Knight. Hot and Iced!

Wake Up Espresso is an iconic Lakewood landmark right across the street from Clover Park High School. I've been going there for years now and have always enjoyed their coffee and friendly customer service. They feature gourmet coffee from Poverty Bay and also sell the brand via their weekly in store order. talk to your barista for details. my go to order is typically and Americano with cream. you can tell a lot about a companies coffee product especially when there are no sugars or flavors added because you just a pure coffee experience! their prices are reasonable and their customer service is top notch. they've also got a great assortment of snacks to complement their outstanding coffee.
