Bobby's beginner yoga flow class was outstanding! There were so many different types of people in class. Over 5 teenagers that I think were from a swim team, moms, dads, young, mature, seniors....Bobby caters to just about everyone who wants to have a good time getting in a full body yoga session. Beyond that, his humor and jokes he tells during class are like nothing i've every experienced! It really takes the pressure and seriousness off, and adds in a lighthearted flow. Love Waimea Yoga for offering classes and teachers like the amazing Bobby!
The Zumba classes with Marilyn are the best and so much fun! Would love to add a Barr class also if possible!
I attend several classes per week at Waimea Yoga. The teachers are wonderful, compassionate, and experienced. Yoga mats, straps, blocks, and blankets are available for use. Some classes you will need to arrive early (30 minutes before hand) if you wish a spot, these are the popular classes. You can also book and pay online which is helpful. Restroom is available inside the yoga studio. Bring your own water. Free parking is available.
Excellent instructors and a wide choice of class styles to fit an individual's needs. I was especially fond of the restorative class taught by Noah - it was restorative at a high level of opening up the body while feeling completely in control of how deep you want to go - I highly recommend everyone give this class a try!
This is a beautiful studio overlooking the nature park. It's a wonderfully peaceful place with great instructors! I especially love Chelsea's class. She is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does.
My lady and were here on vacation she loves yoga . So we choose waimea yoga due to class style offerings, what we did not expect was the level of teaching it was amazing to say the least . Best of all we were stuck with no way back to our resort. But a regular of the class stepped up with amazing class seeing us sitting there and provided us a ride how wonderful and then shared her life with us THANK YOU so much arrow your a force of pure nature and love . Beautiful canyon. We could not view certain parts due to fog. The waimea lookout was completely not visible the day we were out there but I hear itâs beautiful on a clear day. We were still happy with the parts we saw. A beautiful scenery and drive

Excellent park with picnic tables and a stream! Kiddo loves chasing the chickens and there is a short trail (about 1 mile long) to walk. Trail pretty well maintained and no big hills.
