Waffle House - Breakfast restaurant in Douglasville - 9464 GA-5, USA

This is still a Waffle House but oh my gosh - the VERY Best customer service I have ever experienced. Was so surprised - we will definitely be back. 2nd time and equally as awesome! This crew - Ms. Bernie, Mr. John and Ms. Theresa are amazing - love their job and have the greatest heart for service. Their manager has everything very festive. You can tell this is a well cared for establishment.

It's Waffle House so you know what to expect of the food, and they get the it right. What I like is the friendly attitude and great service. We don't eat there often, but it always feels like we're old friends when we visit. I drive past 2 other Waffle House locations to eat at this one.

Honestly. I didnt have a very good experience this time. Usually its a great place to go, but today when i went, the place smelled like wet dog and dirty dishes. The place wasn't too busy, a few open seats. I placed my order, and waited about 20 minutes for my food. During this time, I noticed several employees walking around on their phones, taking calls and texting, eating on the line in front of the customers and their drinks on a rack directly next to my table. My server bought it to me all at once, not hot or warm. After receiving my food, it took my server half and hour to bring me my check after I had to ask for it. And when i finished, they never prebussed the table. So i sat with limited arm space. Another issue i had was that The server was being inappropriate to another crew member, implying that "he was getting ready for her to spank him." While I understand this might be a joke for those on a personal level, this being a family friendly establishment, I considered this to be unprofessional. I'm very disappointed with my experience today.

I Love Waffle House. I always order the all-star breakfast. I enjoy the fresh coffee and my eggs are always cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend

The times we are in you all had the nerve to charge me $2.55 Service charge and a $2.55 ToGo fee on a $20.00 dollar order as if this was a gourmet meal. Which brought my bill to $30.60. I will not be back. This is ridiculous. I will be putting this out there for others who are not aware and even the whistler blower. The food was not worth $30.00 dollars. I could have gone to Golden Corral and had all you can eat cheaper than that. A Hot Freakin Mess! Don't be surprised if you people outside your door with picking signs. 🙄 🥺🤬

We got up late today and decided to go to Waffle House for our first meal of the day. I ordered a waffle with mini chocolate & peanut butter morsels!! The service was fantastic....kudos to our waitress Lisa! 😉 this is the largest Waffle House I've ever been in. It was nice to sit inside and enjoy our food. Keep up the good work

Love paying $25 for 2 Allstars meals being charged for a chocolate chip waffle to get no chocolate chips, get charged for cheese on hashbrowns to not get cheese, cashier had an attitude that my fiance came in to place a Togo order and the cook kept griping stating he was tired of being in a "hick town" really was going to return to get money back especially the tip he should not have left. Called to let them know and no one answered the phone. Really may want to consider who you leave to run the store at night. It was empty and I can see why this is like the 4th horrible experience, and last straw we won't be returning to this location. This was Saturday night 8/21 @ 10:30 would have loved to report to a manager or cooperate but maybe someone will see this comment since they refused to answer the phone

Great service and the cook/chef made everything perfect.
